The CatClub - Workshop on Boundaries, Pleasure and Courage NEW DATE!! Welcome to the CatClub! What can we learn from a cat? The focus of the first CatClub workshop of 2026 is bodily experience and consent. In this workshop, we use the figure of a cat as a tool to explore how to be courageous with others. A cat is at once a brave, mischievous, elegant, fluffy, adorable and sometimes terrifying figure. It knows its boundaries and desires and trusts that others do the same. A cat enjoys its body and its existence – also through touch. What kind of space is created when such cat-like figures meet? What kind of society would be like if our inner cat were allowed to guide our choices? What would the world look like after a cat revolution? SOMATIC LISTENING A Meditative Movement Practice Wednesday // AUGUST 5th 17:30–18:30 -- SECRET ADDRESS -- / email for info paola.lesina@gmail.com Somatic Listening is an interdisciplinary contemplative practice integrating meditative movement, guided improvisation, reflective writing, poetry, and collective reading. Together we cultivate attention through the body, allowing movement to emerge from listening rather than performance. Through simple movement scores and moments of stillness, we explore perception, presence, and the relationship between sensation and language. The session concludes with a reflective writing practice, where words arise from lived experience, followed by an optional moment of shared reading. No previous experience in dance or writing is required. The practice is open to anyone curious to slow down, listen, move, write, and share within a supportive collective space. Donation based ! Her class guides participants inward, using the body as a vessel for profound self-expression and emerging inner truths. STARTING NEXT WEEK @ 90MIL ART SCHOOL A very special bootcamp introducing new music makers to free and accessible tools. Led by Sumugan Sivanesan of fugitive radio. Dham Dham Method: Digital Music Production “Bootcamp” using free and accessible tools An 8-day introductory course on digital music production focused on producing a song using free and accessible tools. Participants will record sounds on their phones, edit these into sample banks, which will be then used to form the basis of their tracks. It covers basic audio recording, editing, looping and sampling, MIDI, virtual instruments and plug-ins using Reaper Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). No prior knowledge needed. Participants will need a laptop (MacOS, Windows, Linux) with the recommended software installed, and headphones.
