March 18, 2021 Every couple of weeks, my life falls apart. I break. I can’t function properly. I need to force myself to do things. I shut down. I’m so tired of feeling this way. I’m so tired in general. Where am I headed? What’s my life plan? What do I need in my life to feel okay? Why am I always suffering? I’m so tired of feeling this way. Please make it stop.

No one prepared you for what you were going to go through. There was no way you could have been prepared. And you still handled it with grace. And you still did the best that you could. And that is enough.

I am so incredibly proud of myself. I am proud of how self-aware I’ve become. I am proud of how in tune I am with my feelings and emotions. I am proud of how I’ve learned to hear and listen to my intuition. I am proud of how I’ve handled emotionally charged situations with patience and grace. I am proud of how I didn’t let my fears dictate my actions. I am proud of how I’ve treated people with respect, even when they treated me poorly. I am proud of how far I’ve come in my healing journey. I am proud of the growth I’ve achieved. And I am proud of where I’m headed. I am so incredibly proud of myself.

I hold contentment as man’s richest state

I don’t really think anyone is ready for a relationship. I think people find someone they want to be ready for. And when they do find that someone, they do everything they can to become ready. It’s choosing someone and then deciding that’s who you want to give your all to.
