You can now update your exam center and accessibility status (visual or hearing impairment) from your profile page by refreshing the page first. 3. Non-Ethiopian registration is now open: Non-Ethiopian applicants can now register. You may be asked to provide additional documents during the registration process. 4. ማስታወቂያ የድህረ ምረቃ መግቢያ ፈተና (NGAT Exam) የምዝገባ ጊዜን ስለማሳወቅ የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት በ2018 ዓ.ም የሚሰጠውን መደበኛ የድህረ ምረቃ ትምህርት መግቢያ ፈተና /National Graduate Admission Test/ ለመስጠት በዝግጅት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ስለሆነም ፈተናውን ለመውሰድ እየተጠባበቃችሁ ላላችሁ የድህረ ምረቃ ትምህርት አመልካቾች በሙሉ ምዝገባ የሚካሄደው ከሀምሌ 15 – 25/2018 ዓ.ም ብቻ መሆኑን አውቃችሁ ከታች በተቀመጠው የመመዝገቢያ ሊንክ ገብታችሁ መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን ለፈተናውም አስፈላጊውን ዝግጅት እንድታደርጉ እናሳስባለን። የፈተና መስጫ ጊዜው ወደፊት የሚገለጽ ይሆናል፡፡የመመዝገቢያ ሊንክ፡- https://ngat.ethernet.edu.et ማሳሰቢያ:-ፈተናውን ለመውሰድ የፋይዳ መታወቂያ እንደ ቅድመ ሁኔታ መቀመጡን አውቃችሁ ከወዲሁ እንድትዘጋጁ። የአገልግሎት ክፍያ 750 ብር (ሰባት መቶ ሀምሳ ብር) መሆኑን አውቃችሁ በቴሌ ብር በኩል በምዝገባው ወቅት የሚፈጸም ይሆናል። ምዝገባው የሚከናወነው በሁሉም የመንግስት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ሲሆን የፈተና ጣቢያውን በሚመለከት ግን ከምዝገባ በኋላ የተመዝጋቢ ቁጥሩ ታይቶ በስታንዳርዱ መሰረት የሚወሰን ይሆናል፡፡ የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት።

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO: All Graduating Students (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) FROM: AASTU Graduation Committee & ICT Directorate DATE: June 24, 2026 SUBJECT: IMPORTANT – Graduation Day Entry Protocol & Institutional Email Activation for Graduation Card Access _ Dear Graduating Students, We are pleased to announce the upcoming Graduation Ceremony scheduled for this coming Saturday. As we prepare to celebrate this significant milestone with you, we wish to bring to your attention critical requirements regarding entry to the graduation hall. Graduation Card Delivery & Institutional Email Issue Resolution The Graduation Card and access link have been sent exclusively to your institutional email address (@aastustudent.edu.et). Please note the following: • For students whose institutional email is working: We have already sent the graduation link to your institutional email. Please check your inbox immediately (including your spam/junk folder). If you have received the link, proceed to generate your Graduation Card. • For students whose institutional email is NOT working or NOT active: You are required to visit the ICT Office for immediate email reactivation. This applies to BOTH Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. ICT OFFICE DETAILS: • Location: ICT BLOCK 45 – Office Number 02 • Available Days: Today (June 24, 2026) and Tomorrow (June 25, 2026) • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Failure to resolve your email issue within the designated timeframe will result in your inability to access the graduation link, generate your Graduation Card, and consequently, you will be denied entry to the graduation hall. ____ 3. Important Reminders • Check your institutional email immediately. If you have not received the link, assume your email is inactive and proceed to the ICT Office without delay. • Only students who have successfully generated their Graduation Card are eligible to attend the graduation hall ceremony. • The administration will not accept any excuses regarding lost cards, shared cards, or last-minute email issues. • There will be no manual override of the electronic scanning system on the day of the ceremony. ____ Your cooperation in adhering to this directive is essential for the smooth and secure conduct of the graduation ceremony. Students who wish to change their existing department choice. You may now make your department choice or modify your previous selection during the following dates: 📅 June 13 – 15, 2026 (until 12:00 AM midnight) Important Notes: This is your last chance to make or change your department choice. Late complaints or requests after June 15, 2026, will not be entertained under any circumstances.
