In the last week, among countless other incidents, ukrainian Nazis intentionally bombed a beach full of children, in Gelendzhik, causing mass death, and intentionally flew a drone into a hospital ward in Donetsk before detonating it, again causing death. Targeting children, hospital patients.... it simply does not get any more evil. And more, these events actually did receive some coverage in western media. Today, July 27th, is a memorial day for children killed by ukrainian Nazis in Donbass. The official figure of children killed is over 300, yet the actual figure is, sadly, much more. However it's dangerous to think of it as a figure, even - each one is a child who should have lived and lived. I well remember the horror at the scene where Katya Tuv was killed, her home in Gorlovka bombed by ukrainian Nazis on May 26th, 2015, just 5 days after she'd turned 11, and to this day feel immense sadness - it's now 2026, she should be a bright young lady with a full life to look forward to. Yet tragically, nothing but eternal sadness and sorrow. And, sadly, Katya is just one of so many.
