15 авг.🎸 12 августа в рамках празднования Дня независимости Пакистана на площадке Политехнического музея в рамках фестиваля «Театральный бульвар» выступила популярная пакистанская группа «Khumariyaan» (в переводе с пушту и урду «опьянённые музыкой»). Сегодня Пакистан пользуется заслуженным уважением на международной арене и играет всё более значимую роль в мировых делах. Пакистанцы по праву гордятся достижениями в сфере социально-экономического развития, древней историей и культурным наследием своей страны. #ДеньНезависимости в Пакистане — это праздник, являющийся символом мужества, решимости и несгибаемого духа пакистанского народа. На протяжении десятилетий Пакистан уверенно следует своим путём развития, руководствуясь идеалами и заветами отцов-основателей государства. #РоссияПакистан Дипломатические отношения между нашими странами были установлены 1 мая 1948 года. С тех пор Москву и Исламабад связывает многолетняя история сотрудничества, и сегодня наши государства поддерживают тесные, конструктивные контакты в самых разных областях. В первые годы независимости Пакистана Советский Союз оказывал молодому государству значительную экономическую помощь, поставил на безвозмездной основе несколько десятков тысяч тонн зерна. В 1970-е годы при содействии Москвы в Пакистане началось строительство крупнейшего Карачинского металлургического завода, тепловых электростанций «Музаффаргарх», «Мултан-II» и «Гудду», радиостанции в окрестностях Исламабада. СССР способствовал созданию Нефтегазовой корпорации и развитию сельского хозяйства в Исламской Республике. *** 🤝 Развитие взаимовыгодного партнёрства между нашей страной и Пакистаном — один из приоритетов политики Российской Федерации в Южной Азии. Диалог Москвы и Исламабада продолжает активно развиваться. Двустороннее сотрудничество наших стран выстраивается на принципах уважения и учёта интересов друг друга, основывается на совпадении или близости подходов к ключевым вопросам международной повестки дня. 15 авг.🇵🇰 On August 14, the Islamic Republic of #Pakistan celebrates its Independence Day. #OnThisDay in 1947, the Pakistani people gained their long-awaited freedom as a result of a hard-fought struggle against British colonialism. Today, Pakistan enjoys well-deserved respect in the international arena and is playing an increasingly important role in global and regional affairs. The people of Pakistan have every reason to take pride in their country’s achievements in socio-economic development, as well as its history and rich cultural heritage. #IndependenceDay in Pakistan is a holiday that symbolises courage, determination and spirit of the Pakistani people. For decades, Pakistan has confidently pursued its own path of development, guided by the ideals and legacy of the country’s founding-fathers. #RussiaPakistan Diplomatic relations between our countries were established on May 1, 1948. Since then, Moscow and Islamabad have been sharing a long-standing history of cooperation, and today our two countries maintain close and constructive contacts across a wide range of areas. In the early years of Pakistan’s independence, the Soviet Union provided the young state with substantial economic assistance, including the free-of-charge supply of several tens of thousands of tonnes of grain. In the 1970s, with Moscow’s assistance, the construction of the Karachi Steel Mill, the Muzaffargarh, Multan-II and Guddu thermal power plants, and a radio station near Islamabad was launched in Pakistan. The Soviet Union contributed to the establishment of the Oil and Gas Development Corporation and to the development of agriculture in the Islamic Republic. 🤝 Promoting mutually beneficial partnership between Russia and Pakistan — one of the priorities of the Russian Federation’s policy in South Asia. The dialogue between Moscow and Islamabad continues to develop actively. Bilateral cooperation is based on the principles of mutual respect and consideration for each other’s interests, as well as on the alignment of positions on key issues on the international agenda. The Russian-Pakistani Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation is functioning on a regular basis. 🌐 Russia and Pakistan maintain close cooperation on international platforms, including the #UN, as well as within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (#SCO), which is a key element of the security and sustainable development architecture in #Eurasia. ✍️ President of Russia Vladimir Putin in a message of congratulations to President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif on the occasion of the Islamic Republic's national holiday — Independence Day (August 14, 2026): Russia-Pakistan relations are developing very successfully. Если да, на какой стадии проработка? 💬 А.П.Хорев: Ведем с пакистанскими партнерами работу над проектом организации первого грузового железнодорожного маршрута между нашими странами по маршрутам Москва – Фейсалабад и Москва – Карачи в обоих направлениях. Прорабатывается возможность подключения к проекту белорусской стороны. В связи с обострением геополитической напряженности в регионе в 2025 г. – начале 2026 г. реализация проекта неоднократно откладывалась. 🤝 В настоящее время стороны находятся на стадии завершения работы над контрактом по оказанию услуг и подбором заинтересованных в перевозке товаров компаний из стран на предполагаемом маршруте следования поезда. #РоссияПакистан3,57%

Khorev's Comment to the Russian Newspaper “Izvestia”(August 8, 2026) ❓️ Are Russia and Pakistan working on launching a pilot freight railway route along the Minsk–Moscow–Karachi corridor? If so, what is the current status of the project? 💬 Albert P. Khorev: Together with our Pakistani partners, we are working on launching the first freight railway route along the Moscow–Faisalabad and Moscow–Karachi corridors in both directions. The possibility of involving the Belarusian side in the project is also being considered. Due to the escalation of geopolitical tensions in the region in 2025 and early 2026, the implementation of the project has been postponed several times. 🤝 At present, the parties are finalizing the contract for the provision of services and identifying companies in the countries along the proposed route that are interested in transporting their goods. #RussiaPakistan2,35%

During their stay, the Pakistani students will have the opportunity to further develop their Russian language skills, which they have been sharpening throughout the academic year, deepen their knowledge of Russian history and culture, and engage with fellow participants from Vietnam, Laos, China, Mongolia, and Ethiopia. Interdom has prepared an exciting and diverse program for the students, including Russian language lessons, creative competitions, intellectual games, sports activities, and excursions to Moscow and the cities of Russia’s Golden Ring.
