Leadership Seminar | Learning, Leading & Growing Yesterday, Safe Light Initiatives hosted a Leadership Seminar at Venue 90, Addis Ababa, bringing together students from Leadership Masterclass Cohorts 1–12 for an engaging learning experience. Led by Amb. Sileshi Umer, the seminar featured five principles from “The 15 Principles of Emerging Leaders” his upcoming book: Leading with a Clear Vision | Living in Excellence | Being Surrounded by Good and Matured Counselors | Growing in Subtle | Institutionalizing Your Leadership The session offered practical reflections on leadership, personal growth, decision-making, and the importance of building leadership that creates a lasting impact. Beyond the learning, participants had the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and build meaningful networks. Three days of powerful debates, meaningful connections, and unforgettable moments brought delegates together with one purpose: to learn, lead, and shape the future. From the opening session to the final awards, every voice mattered and every delegate left their mark. We celebrated excellence across FAO, UNFCCC, and UNOPS, recognizing outstanding diplomacy, research, and leadership.
