🔹 Narrated Abu Qatada رضي الله عنه: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When any one of you enters the mosque, he should observe two rak'ahs (of Nafl prayer) before sitting. «إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَلْيَرْكَعْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ» 📖 Reference: Sahih Muslim 714a @SahihHadith
🔹 Narrated Abu Huraira (رضي الله عنه): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Traveling is a kind of torture as it prevents one from eating, drinking and sleeping properly. So, when one's needs are fulfilled, one should return quickly to one's family." « السَّفَرُ قِطْعَةٌ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ، يَمْنَعُ أَحَدَكُمْ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ وَنَوْمَهُ، فَإِذَا قَضَىٰ نَهْمَتَهُ فَلْيُعَجِّلْ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ » 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 1804 @SahihHadith
Except the Martyr.. 🔹 Narrated Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Nobody who dies and finds good from Allah (in the Hereafter) would wish to come back to this world even if he were given the whole world and whatever is in it, except the martyr who, on seeing the superiority of martyrdom, would like to come back to the world and get killed again (in Allah's Cause)." «مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَمُوتُ لَهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ يَسُرُّهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا، وَأَنَّ لَهُ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا، إِلَّا الشَّهِيدُ، لِمَا يَرَى مِنْ فَضْلِ الشَّهَادَةِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَسُرُّهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا فَيُقْتَلَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 2795 @SahihHadith
💎 "Indeed, faith wears out inside one of you just as a garment wears out. So ask Allah to renew faith in your hearts." « إِنَّ الإِيمَانَ لَيَخْلَقُ فِي جَوْفِ أَحَدِكُمْ كَمَا يَخْلَقُ الثَّوْبُ، فَاسْأَلُوا اللَّهَ تَعَالَى أَنْ يُجَدِّدَ الإِيمَانَ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ » - [ Graded Sahih by Al-Albani - Sahih alJami' 1590] @SahihHadith
🔹 Narrated Anas bin Malik رضي الله عنه: Whenever the Prophet ﷺ went to the lavatory, he used to say: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min al-khubuthi wal khaba'ith." «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 6322 @SahihHadith
Two Groups of Advisors... 🔹 Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ said: "Allah never sends a prophet or gives the Caliphate to a Caliph but that he (the prophet or the Caliph) has two groups of advisors: A group advising him to do good and exhorts him to do it, and the other group advising him to do evil and exhorts him to do it. But the protected person (against such evil advisors) is the one protected by Allah." «مَا بَعَثَ اللَّهُ مِنْ نَبِيٍّ وَلَا اسْتَخْلَفَ مِنْ خَلِيفَةٍ، إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ بِطَانَتَانِ: بِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَحُضُّهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَبِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالشَّرِّ وَتَحُضُّهُ عَلَيْهِ، فَالْمَعْصُومُ مَنْ عَصَمَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 7198 @SahihHadith
Except 3 Mosques... 🔹 Narrated Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ said: "Do not set out on a journey except for three Mosques i.e. Al-Masjid-Al-Haram, the Mosque of Allah's Apostle ﷺ, and the Mosque of Al-Aqsa, (Mosque of Jerusalem)." «لَا تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلَّا إِلَى ثَلَاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ: الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ، وَمَسْجِدِ الرَّسُولِ ﷺ، وَمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 1189 @SahihHadith
🔹 Narrated Al-Mughira bin Shu'ba رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ said: "Allah has forbidden for you, (1) to be undutiful to your mothers, (2) to bury your daughters alive, (3) to not to pay the rights of the others (e.g. charity, etc.) and (4) to beg of men (begging). And Allah has hated for you (1) vain, useless talk, or that you talk too much about others, (2) to ask too many questions, (in disputed religious matters) and (3) to waste the wealth (by extravagance)." «إِنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ عُقُوقَ الْأُمَّهَاتِ، وَوَأْدَ الْبَنَاتِ، وَمَنْعًا وَهَاتِ، وَكَرِهَ لَكُمْ قِيلَ وَقَالَ، وَكَثْرَةَ السُّؤَالِ، وَإِضَاعَةَ الْمَالِ» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 2408 @SahihHadith
🔹Narrated Al-Mughira: The Prophet (ﷺ) used to stand (in the prayer) or pray till both his feet or legs swelled. He was asked why (he offered such an unbearable prayer) and he said, "should I not be a thankful slave." ـ يَقُولُ إِنْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَيَقُومُ لِيُصَلِّيَ حَتَّى تَرِمُ قَدَمَاهُ أَوْ سَاقَاهُ، فَيُقَالُ لَهُ فَيَقُولُ " أَفَلاَ أَكُونُ عَبْدًا شَكُورًا ". 📖 Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 1130 @SahihHadith
[Only date and Water... whole month] 🔹 Narrated 'Aisha رضي الله عنها: A complete month would pass by during which we would not make a fire (for cooking), and our food used to be only dates and water unless we were given a present of some meat. «كَانَ يَأْتِي عَلَيْنَا الشَّهْرُ مَا نُوقِدُ فِيهِ نَارًا، إِنَّمَا هُوَ التَّمْرُ وَالْمَاءُ، إِلَّا أَنْ نُؤْتَى بِاللَّحِيمِ» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 6458 @SahihHadith
🔹️It was narrated that Abu Darda’ conveyed that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Whoever goes to bed intending to wake up and pray during the night, but is overwhelmed by sleep until morning comes, what he intended will be recorded for him, and his sleep is a charity given to him by his Lord.” " مَنْ أَتَى فِرَاشَهُ وَهُوَ يَنْوِي أَنْ يَقُومَ فَيُصَلِّيَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَغَلَبَتْهُ عَيْنُهُ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ - كُتِبَ لَهُ مَا نَوَى وَكَانَ نَوْمُهُ صَدَقَةً عَلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ " . 📖 Reference : Sunan Ibn Majah 1344 @SahihHadith
🔹Narrated 'Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Allah is more pleased with the repentance of His servant when he turns penitently towards Him than one of you would be on finding the lost camel. «لَلَّهُ أَشَدُّ فَرَحًا بِتَوْبَةِ أَحَدِكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ بِضَالَّتِهِ إِذَا وَجَدَهَا» 📖 Reference : Sahih Muslim 7129 @SahihHadith
Friday Special 🔹 Narrated Salman-Al-Farsi رضي الله عنه: The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever takes a bath on Friday, purifies himself as much as he can, then uses his (hair) oil or perfumes himself with the scent of his house, then proceeds (for the Jumua prayer) and does not separate two persons sitting together (in the mosque), then prays as much as (Allah has) written for him and then remains silent while the Imam is delivering the Khutba, his sins in-between the present and the last Friday would be forgiven." «لَا يَغْتَسِلُ رَجُلٌ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَيَتَطَهَّرُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْ طُهْرٍ، وَيَدَّهِنُ مِنْ دُهْنِهِ، أَوْ يَمَسُّ مِنْ طِيبِ بَيْتِهِ، ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ فَلَا يُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي مَا كُتِبَ لَهُ، ثُمَّ يُنْصِتُ إِذَا تَكَلَّمَ الْإِمَامُ، إِلَّا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجُمُعَةِ الْأُخْرَى» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 883 @SahihHadith
🔹 Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri رضي الله عنه narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Indeed, among the greatest types of Jihad is a just statement before a tyrannical ruler." «إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْظَمِ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةَ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ» 📖 Reference: Jami' at-Tirmidhi 2174 Grade: Hasan (Darussalam) @SahihHadith
🔹Hakim bin Hizam said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The best kind of charity is that which is given when you are rich, and the upper hand is better than the lower hand, and start with those for whom you are responsible.'" أَفْضَلُ الصَّدَقَةِ مَا كَانَ عَنْ ظَهْرِ غِنًى وَالْيَدُ الْعُلْيَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْيَدِ السُّفْلَى وَابْدَأْ بِمَنْ تَعُولُ " . Sunan an-Nasa'i 2543 Grade: Sahih (Darussalam) @SahihHadith
Imprisoning a cat.. how about imprisoning innocent Muslims... 🔹Abu Huraira reported: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said "A woman entered the Hellfire because of a cat or kitten she had imprisoned. She did not let it eat, nor release it to eat the vermin of the earth, until it died emaciated.” دَخَلَتِ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ مِنْ جَرَّاءِ هِرَّةٍ لَهَا أَوْ هِرٍّ رَبَطَتْهَا فَلَا هِيَ أَطْعَمَتْهَا وَلَا هِيَ أَرْسَلَتْهَا تُرَمِّمُ مِنْ خَشَاشِ الْأَرْضِ حَتَّى مَاتَتْ هَزْلًا Sahih Muslim 2619 @SahihHadith
🔹 Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If anyone calls others to follow right guidance, his reward will be equivalent to those who follow him (in righteousness) without their reward being diminished in any respect, and if anyone invites others to follow error, the sin will be equivalent to that of the people who follow him (in sinfulness) without their sins being diminished in any respect." [Muslim]. «مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى هُدًى كَانَ لَهُ مِنَ الْأَجْرِ مِثْلُ أُجُورِ مَنْ تَبِعَهُ، لَا يَنْقُصُ ذَلِكَ مِنْ أُجُورِهِمْ شَيْئًا، وَمَنْ دَعَا إِلَى ضَلَالَةٍ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْإِثْمِ مِثْلُ آثَامِ مَنْ تَبِعَهُ، لَا يَنْقُصُ ذَلِكَ مِنْ آثَامِهِمْ شَيْئًا» 📖 Reference: Riyad as-Salihin 174 @SahihHadith
Best Jihad for women.. 🔷️ Narrated `Aisha: (the mother of the faithful believers) I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ! We consider Jihad as the best deed." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best Jihad (for women) is Hajj Mabrur. " ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، نَرَى الْجِهَادَ أَفْضَلَ الْعَمَلِ، أَفَلاَ نُجَاهِدُ قَالَ " لاَ، لَكِنَّ أَفْضَلَ الْجِهَادِ حَجٌّ مَبْرُورٌ ". Sahih al-Bukhari, 1520 @SahihHadith
Right Hand... 🔷 Ibn ‘Umar reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: “When any one of you intends to eat (meal), he should eat with his right hand, and when he (intends) to drink, he should drink with his right hand, for Satan eats with his left hand and drinks with his left hand.” " إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِيَمِينِهِ، وَإِذَا شَرِبَ فَلْيَشْرَبْ بِيَمِينِهِ، فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَأْكُلُ بِشِمَالِهِ، وَيَشْرَبُ بِشِمَالِهِ " 📖 Reference: Sahih Muslim 2020a @SahihHadith
🔹 Narrated Abdullah bin Umar رضي الله عنهما: The Prophet ﷺ said, "For every betrayer there will be a flag by which he will be recognized on the Day of Resurrection." «لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يُعْرَفُ بِهِ» 📖 Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 6966 @SahihHadith
