SEEDS OF DESTINY TUESDAY 28TH OCTOBER 2025 TOPIC: INDISCIPLINE – A DEADLY ENEMY OF DESTINY SCRIPTURE: Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil.  Ephesians 5:15-16 AMP THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If you cannot control yourself, you can never control your destiny. MESSAGE A life of indiscipline or lack of self-control is a terrible enemy of destiny. Indiscipline has rendered many people useless on earth. It is a life where everything goes. It is when a person has no power to do what is right or avoid doing what is wrong. Beloved, note the following facts about discipline or self-control. 1. There can be no destiny without discipline. Our key example here is Esau. Esau sold his birth right for a pot of meal because he had no discipline. The outcome: he lost his destiny (Genesis 25:29-34). If you cannot control yourself, you can never control your destiny. If you cannot control yourself when it comes to anger, inappropriate relationship with the opposite gender, food, sleep, etc.; you cannot control your life and destiny. Until you are ready to change something inside you, there is nothing you can change. 2. Self-control is a product of mind control. When a man cannot control his mind, his life will be out of control (Proverbs 4:23). 3. If your flesh does not respect your will, there is nothing that will respect your life. If your will says, “Do not go out with that man, he is not your husband”, but you still proceed, you have no self-control or discipline. Nothing and no one respect a person whose flesh does not respect their will. 4. It is the strength of your will that undergirds the strength of your destiny. When the flesh rules your life, the future is not guaranteed. Now, what are the criteria for a life of discipline? 1. Absolutely surrender yourself to the control of the Holy Spirit. 2. Learn to say, “No” to the flesh. 3. Surround your life with disciplined people. Beloved, you don’t have a spare life so you must make up your mind to deal with this enemy of destiny called indiscipline. REMEMBER THIS: If you cannot control yourself, you can never control your destiny. ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Go through the criteria for a life of discipline in today’s lesson again. 2. Study the lives of great and disciplined people and uphold their principles. 3. Make demands on God to submerge your will in His perfect Will. PRAYER: Lord, open my ears to your Voice of guidance always. Cause the voice of my flesh to be buried in Your Voice that I may live a life of absolute obedience to You, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. SEEDS OF DESTINY MONDAY 27TH OCTOBER 2025 TOPIC: CREATED TO CONTROL RESOURCES SCRIPTURE: Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; 1 Timothy 6:17 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To be empty-handed is an abomination of creation and redemption. MESSAGE We are in the days where God’s children need to wake up and take their rightful place in the realm of resource control. We should reject and resist the belief that Christians are not to control massive resources. We are to discard the mind-set that Christians are not to dwell in the realm of abundance that will enhance the global propagation of the gospel. The world cannot talk us into smallness while they continue to sponsor iniquity and vanity with their resources. Psalms 24:1 says, The earth is the Lord‘s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Haggai 2:10 says, The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts. We were created to be in control of the resources of God, our Maker and Father. Our anchor scripture says that God gives us all things to enjoy. So, enjoyment is in the Bible. We are to command resources for the fulfilment of Kingdom-based visions. We are to command resources for the purpose of kingdom advancement. To be empty-handed is an abomination of creation and redemption. You were created to control money, and not to be controlled by money. It is crucial to believe this, so you don’t live and die a pauper. You are to send money on an assignment.  That is why the Scripture says, money answereth all things (Ecclesiastes 10:19). So, money has ears to hear. You are to assign and deploy money to work for you and facilitate the establishment of kingdom agenda. Beloved, you cannot live and die wretched. You cannot end up in shame. You are taking your place in the control of resources, the realm of ceaseless flow of supernatural abundance where money will never be lacking in your hands forever, Amen! REMEMBER THIS: To be empty-handed is an abomination of creation and redemption ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Believe that you are the one God will use to execute major kingdom projects, supply relief materials to poor communities and lift many people out of poverty. 2. Be faithful in the covenant practices of tithing, giving to the poor and for kingdom advancement, etc. 3. Remember to stay faithful to God when He changes your story. PRAYER: Father, silver and gold are Yours, and it is Your Will to give me abundant resources for the advancement of your kingdom. I make demands on the resources needed to propagate the gospel, and I receive it now, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. SEEDS OF DESTINY SUNDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2025 TOPIC: THE BLESSING OF WISDOM SCRIPTURE: Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: Daniel 2:20 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The wisdom of God is the secret of stardom, royalty and blessing in the kingdom.  MESSAGE In our anchor scripture, Daniel said, Blessed be the Name of God for ever and ever; for wisdom and might are His. This confirms that the Wisdom of God is always accompanied by the Blessing of God. Everywhere there is Divine wisdom, there is Blessing. The presence of the Wisdom of God in any life forbids the existence of curses. Today, we shall be looking at five critical things about the Wisdom of God. 1. The Wisdom of God created the earth. Psalm 104:24 says, Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all…. So, wisdom has creative capacity. 2. The Wisdom of God is the personality of our Master, Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1:24).Jesus is both the power of God and the Wisdom of God. 3. The Wisdom of God is one of the products of Calvary. One of the things Christ died to purchase for us is Wisdom (Revelation 5:12). Jesus was crucified on Calvary, not only to save us from sin but also to purchase Wisdom for us. 4. The Wisdom of God is a principal asset to the child of God (Proverbs 4:7). 5. The Wisdom of God is the secret of stardom, royalty and blessing in the kingdom (Proverbs 8:15,16). Jacob attained stardom at the frequency of Divine Wisdom (Genesis 30:37-43). He was a man who was manhandled and dubiously dealt with by Laban. His condition of service was changed ten times until he had to connect with the Mind and Wisdom of God on what to do to survive the wickedness of Laban. He connected with revelation by the Wisdom of God, and that revelation settled him for life (Genesis 30:31-43). Now, there are two things to note from the life of Jacob regarding wisdom: 1. The Wisdom of God caused Jacob to survive and outsmart the cunningness of a friendly adversary, Laban. Beloved, it takes the Wisdom of God to beat the crooked system of the world; it takes wisdom to survive and succeed without crookedness and compromise. 2. The Wisdom of God caused Jacob to flourish under adverse circumstances. REMEMBER THIS: The Wisdom of God is the secret of stardom, royalty and blessing in the kingdom.  ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Engage your mind and trust God to help you devise creative solutions to the challenges of your generation. 2. Live like a star; avoid average existence. Continually irrigate Your mind with the Word of God. PRAYER: Lord, by the Blood of Jesus, I make demands on Your Wisdom for creativity, authority and prosperity. I function in the realm of unimaginable innovation and exploit by Your Wisdom, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. SEEDS OF DESTINY TUESDAY 19TH AUGUST 2025 TOPIC: THE DEMANDS OF GOD IN THE LIFE OF MAN SCRIPTURE: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.  Matthew 6:33 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Anyone who has your heart has your life. MESSAGE We live in a generation where many people are interested in what they can get from God without caring about what God wants from them. Proverbs 23:26 says, My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways. So, there are demands God makes on the life of man. And today, we shall be looking at those demands. Now, what does God want from you? 1. Your Heart:God wants you to give Him your heart (Proverbs 23:26). God wants to own your heart and life. He wants your life to revolve around Him. Some young people today already gave their hearts over to women, men, immorality, gambling, fraud, materialism, etc. And anyone who has your heart has your life. If God has your heart, He has your life. 2. Existence in His Likeness:God wants you to exist in His likeness (Genesis 1:26) God wants you to look like Him. You must come to a point where your spirituality swallows up your carnality. God does not want His children to look like the children of the devil in character and in dressing (1Peter 3:3, 1Timothy 2:9). 3. Existence in His Consciousness:God wants you to exist in His consciousness (Isaiah 26:3). Living in the consciousness of God’s presence and being in conscious communion with God gives Him pleasure. It also guarantees your eternity. 4. Existence in the Consciousness of Eternity:God wants you to exist in the consciousness of eternity. What that means is, you know that God is real, and you also know that heaven and hell are real. Beloved, if you want success and breakthrough with God in this world and in the world to come, you must meet these demands. REMEMBER THIS: Anyone who has your heart has your life. ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Ask God for mercy if you have been living a life that is not pleasing to Him. 2. Renew your mind daily with the Word of God. PRAYER: Lord, I surrender my all to You. SEEDS OF DESTINY MONDAY 18TH AUGUST 2025 TOPIC: DISOBEDIENCE AND REBELLION – DESTROYERS OF DESTINY SCRIPTURE: Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people), Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil.  Ephesians 5:15-16 (AMP). THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is not possible for a disobedient and rebellious person to reach his destiny. MESSAGE I said some time ago that the worst form of failure on earth is not the failure to make money, pass an examination or get married, but the failure to become who a person was created to be. The worst form of loss next to the loss of life is the loss or wastage of destiny. When a person arrives at the end of his life and realizes that he has lived a wasted life, it is a colossal and monumental loss. The truth is, the devil does not care whatever a person becomes, for as long as it is not what God wants him to become. Knowing that destiny is so crucial, the devil fights it with passion. The devil would assist a person to run in the wrong direction for as long as he does not become what he is meant to be. That is why it is important to identify the enemies of destiny and deal decisively with them. And today, we are looking at one of the enemies of destiny which is, The lifestyle of disobedience and rebellion to God. It is not possible for a disobedient and rebellious person to reach his destiny. It was disobedience that dislocated the destiny of Adam and Eve. The plan and purpose of God for man in the Garden of Eden was aborted because of disobedience. Any time a person agrees to disobey God, such a person has agreed to have his/her destiny aborted. Please take note of these about disobedience: 1. Disobedience to God equals disconnection from destiny. Adam and Eve were sent out of the Garden of Eden because of disobedience (Genesis 3:22:24). 2. Disobedience to God equals distance from God. Adam and Eve were driven from the presence of God at the frequency of disobedience (Genesis 3:9). 3. Rebellion to God provokes rebellion from the earth. Everything rebels against the man who rebels against God. When your obedience is complete, nothing is permitted to disobey you but when your obedience is incomplete everything is permitted to rebel against you (2Corinthians 10:6). Beloved, if God is not the driver of your destiny vehicle, then your destiny fulfilment is not guaranteed. REMEMBER THIS: It is not possible for a disobedient and rebellious person to reach his destiny. ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Never respect anyone enough to agree to disobey God. 2. Ask God for mercy if you have disobeyed or rebelled against Him. 3. Never allow situations or offences make you rebel against God. PRAYER: Lord, I am all Yours till eternity. Help me to continually love and obey You all the days of my life, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. SEEDS OF DESTINY SUNDAY 17TH AUGUST 2025 TOPIC: DEALING WITH FEAR SCRIPTURE: For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.  2Timothy 1:7  THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Fear equals faith in the wickedness of the devil and doubt in the faithfulness of God.   MESSAGE It has been confirmed that one of the greatest enemies of a man’s life and destiny is the spirit of fear. Fears like the fear of failure, the fear of the future, the fear of the unknown, the fear of death etc., are deadly enemies of destiny. Fear is the opposite of faith; where there is fear, faith cannot exist. And if the just shall live by his faith according to Habakkuk 2:4, it means fear is the enemy of life. Now, let us look at the dangers of fear. 1. Fear is an invitation to disaster. In Job 3:25, Job says that which I greatly fear has come upon me. So, fear is a magnet of evil, just as faith is a magnet of good. 2. Fear frustrates mentality. A frightened person is also a mentally incapacitated person. And you need your mind to realize your future. 3. Fear paralyzes action. It paralyzes initiative. For example, when someone is told that he is HIV positive, he will be gripped by fear. The person will begin to see the end of his life. He will no longer make plans for his future. He will most probably be waiting for when to die. 4. Fear equals faith in the wickedness of the devil and doubt in the faithfulness of God. When a person is afraid, such a person is exercising faith in the wickedness of the devil and doubt in the faithfulness of God. He has faith but, in another direction. That faith says, “The devil is so wicked, I can’t escape his wickedness.” Beloved, if you want to fulfil your destiny, deal decisively with fear. And what is the treatment for fear? 1. Curse the spirit of fear because fear is a spirit (2Timothy 1:7). So, there is a spirit of fear that creeps in on people to paralyze their destiny. 2. Starve your fear and feed your faith with faith-building scriptures and messages. What you listen to determines what you fear or believe (Romans 10:17). 3. Declare the right things consistently. The spirit of faith is communicated by your declarations (2Corinthains 4:13). Declare the Word of God and let the devil know that you believe in the Word of God. REMEMBER THIS: Fear equals faith in the wickedness of the devil and doubt in the faithfulness of God. ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Feed your faith daily with the Word of God. 2. Avoid negative news, especially news that may inject fear into your heart. 3. Declare the Word of God in the midst of danger and shield your heart against the transmission of fear. PRAYER: Lord, I reject the spirit of fear. I receive the Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. SEEDS OF DESTINY SATURDAY 16TH AUGUST 2025 TOPIC: YOU CAN DECIDE TO LIVE SCRIPTURE: I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:  Deuteronomy 30:19 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You have a choice in the matter of fulfilling your days. MESSAGE Many years ago, I met a man who was hanging between life and death. He sounded like someone who was about to give up. Prior to that day, I saw him in a revelation where it was like his life was hanging on a thread. He was on hospital admission with terrible health condition. Physically, when I saw him, I looked at him and told him, “You must decide to live. It is not easy for people to take care of another person’s children.” I also told him, “Live and take care of your children.” By the mercy of God, he survived and recovered. According to his testimony after his recovery, he said, “That statement fired something into me like an arrow.” He jerked back to life and left that hospital bed within a matter of days. The diagnosis of death that put him in that condition was reversed. It was completely cleared from his system because he heard something that re-enforced the power of his choice. I read a book titled; Iron Will many years ago. The story of a man who was diagnosed of a terminal disease was captured in the book. The doctor told him, “Get ready, this is the situation, and you have about six weeks to live.” And he said to the doctor, “And who will take care of my children? I am not dying.” It was as if it was a quarrel between him and the doctor. He said, “I am not dying.” And he did not die. He survived! Beloved, you have a choice in the matter of fulfilling your days (Deuteronomy 30:19, Exodus 23:25). Life is a product of choices. You can decide that no witch, no agenda or plot of hell, and no affliction can cut your life short. In Job 14:14, Job says, If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. So, choose life so you can live. REMEMBER THIS: You have a choice in the matter of fulfilling your days. ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Reject every verdict of the enemy against your life and destiny. 2. Hold unto the Word of God concerning your life, not what the devil says. Choose to live. PRAYER: Father, thank You because my life is in Your Mighty Hands. Nothing can take me out of Your Hands, Lord. Every arrow of death or affliction from the pit of hell against my life is retrieved, and re-fired back to senders, Lord in the Name of Jesus Christ. SEEDS OF DESTINY FRIDAY 15TH AUGUST 2025 TOPIC: YOUR CHOICE AND YOUR FUTURE SCRIPTURE: I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: Deuteronomy 30:19 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: People make choices and choices make people. MESSAGE A critical assessment of life and the lessons drawn from daily experiences of people confirm that life is a product of choices. Everything about life revolves around choice. The choices of yesterday determine the placement of today. This implies that the choices you made yesterday or failed to make are responsible for the place you find yourself today. And the choices you are making today is determining right now where you will be tomorrow. Beloved, it is crucial to also note that the road you choose determines the place you end. There are many people in prison now because of the choices they made. There are many single ladies with unwanted pregnancies and unplanned and fatherless babies/children because of the choices they made. So, life is a product of choices. Please take note of the following: 1. People make choices and choices make people. When you make a choice, the choice turns around to make you. The only thing you can do is to make the choice; after you have made the choice, it is the turn of the choice to make you. Your choices are in your hands, but the consequences are not in your hands. For instance, a student made a choice to graduate with a first class. He gave the choice what it took, and the choice made him a first-class graduate and gave him high level opportunities in life. 2. A Life left to chance has no chance. Whenever you see someone, whose life is left to a chance, that life has no chance. A life without choice has no chance. Those who live causally end up as casualties. Now, let’s look at the profitable choices we can make in life. 1. The choice to serve God (Joshua 24:15). 2. The choice to live an upright life, not living a double standard life (Daniel 1:8, Job 27:1-6). 3. The choice for quality relationships because you make friends and friends also make you (1Corinthians 15:33). Friendship is not by force; it is by choice. 4. The choice for productive time investment. This is making a choice that you won’t waste the time of your life (Ephesians 5:15-16).Time is an asset of irreplaceable value; you cannot store it, save it, or keep it, you can only invest it or waste it. 5. The choice for quality resources investment (Proverbs 21:20). How you use money, or resources today determines how tomorrow will use you. REMEMBER THIS: People make choices and choices make people. SEEDS OF DESTINY THURSDAY 14TH AUGUST 2025 TOPIC: THE ETERNAL DEFEAT OF THE DEVIL SCRIPTURE: And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. – Matthew 28:5-6. THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: God gave the enemy a long-term defeat for his short-term ‘victories.’ MESSAGE The victory of Christianity is the resurrection of our Master, Jesus Christ. Paul the Apostle made us to understand that if Christ had not risen, our faith would have been in vain. Our church going would have been for nothing and of no effect whatsoever if Christ had not risen. (1 Corinthians 15:17). It is important to note that Christ’s resurrection reveals that God gave the enemy a long-term defeat for his short-term ‘victories.’ That is, what the devil celebrates for a short term, God makes him pay for a very long time. The meaning of that to you is, every seeming ‘victory’ the devil seems to be having in your life is only for a short term. For example, the devil celebrated a victory over Jesus at the Cross for only three days, but the defeat of that devil is being celebrated till forever, till eternity. The devil was jubilating that he won a victory only for three days, but when the resurrection happened, he realized that he was and still is the greatest loser in the history of the earth. The triumphing of the wicked devil is short, and the joy of the hypocrite is for a moment (Job 20:4-5). Beloved, every area of your life where the devil seems to be winning, I prophesy the termination of that ‘victory.’ I prophesy the annulment of every seeming victory of the devil in your life and destiny and the instant commencement of his defeat and your victory, in the Name of Jesus Christ. REMEMBER THIS: God gave the enemy a long-term defeat for his short-term ‘victories.’ ASSIGNMENTS: 1. Refuse to give up whenever it seems the devil is winning; keep praying because your victory was established before the battle came. 2. Remind the devil of his eternal defeat by the power of Christ’s resurrection and command him to leave your territory in shame. PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the victory You gave to me many years ago. SEEDS OF DESTINY WEDNESDAY 13TH AUGUST 2025 TOPIC: THE PROFITS OF POSITIVE CHARACTER SCRIPTURE: And the Lord said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.  Genesis 25:23 THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Your future is as strong as your character. MESSAGE In most endeavours of life, the quest for profit is the basis of pursuit. Nobody pursues anything until they are sure that it is profitable. The eventual outcome of many people’s lives, both in Scripture and in contemporary times, clearly demonstrated the fact that character is profitable. Indeed, character is more profitable than compromise. It is more rewarding than compromise. So, it is never a waste of time to live an upright life. Beloved, it is crucial to understand the power and profit of positive character so we can consciously pursue it and experience a fulfilled destiny. Now, what are the profits of positive character? 1. Character is the strength or backbone of destiny (Genesis 49:3-4). There is no destiny that carries strength where character is lacking. Your future is as strong as your character. A weak character equals a weak future. 2. Character is the guarantee of Divine Presence (Amos 3:3). God never companies with people of bad character. 3. Character gives voice and audience in life. Nobody wants to listen to the advice of a thief or a kidnaper. Nobody wants to hear the instructions of a drunkard or a prostitute. 4. Character is the key to excellence and distinction in life (Genesis 25:23). People stand out to the extent to which they maintain standard. It is character that separates one person from another. Children from the same parents, colleagues in the same office, contemporaries in the same school, etc. are separated in the future by their character. How we live today determines where we end tomorrow. It is standard that makes people stand out. If you see a man who stands out, that man maintains standard. Beloved, it is not certificate or ethnicity that distinguishes people, it is character. So, if you want to stand out in life, pay attention to your character and ensure you develop a solid character. Nobody is specially gifted to have character; you must consciously make a choice to uphold a godly and positive character. REMEMBER THIS: Your future is as strong as your character. ASSIGNMENT (S): 1. Invest in character development; get materials, books like “Who Are You” and audio messages like “The Power of positive character” by Dr Paul Enenche and let them shape your character. 2. Ask God for the grace to uphold positive character. PRAYER: Lord, draw me close to You and help me to live and upright life.
