Reposting this here because I have no doubt that this event will have an enormous impact on regional geopolitics going forward. Israel's intelligence and strike capabilities are growing. They are targeting Iran's allies.

Israel has wiped out almost the entire Houthi government, with just four ministers left alive.

It is my opinion that the sooner this 'second round' will occur, the greater Iran's disadvantage will be. More than two months after the conclusion of the first Israel-Iran war, Iran still has not been able to effectively curb the massive network of mossad agents operating within its borders. I.e. incidents of sabotage and explosive infrastructure are still occurring from time to time. Until this problem is curbed and all foreign spy networks within Iran are heavily suppressed, building a capable air defense network, an air force, modernizing Iran's existing missile arsenal, as well as acquiring all the other hardware that is necessary to effectively fight a war against an opponent like Israel, is not just impossible but is absolutely pointless. Having S-400 and HQ-9 batteries is only good when they're not immediately taken out by FPV drone teams operating within your own borders. And when they're integrated as part of a wide network of data-linked systems, all of which are crewed and operated by trained and competent personnel (and ideally supported by aerial assets like Su-35s).

Also of note in global geopolitics is the fact that senior Israeli officials, such as the (former) Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant, are openly talking about a second round against Iran. Israel must kill Khamenei in next round of Iran war, ex-defense chief says

UPDATE: lostarmour.info claims 560 Geran-2/Gerbera UAVs, 12 ballistic missiles were used. No word on the number of cruise missiles. This makes the strike one of the largest to date, although not definitively the largest. While the AFU, as is typical for them, claims to have shot down ~95% of everything, the attached footage is just a fraction of what was filmed in just the city of Odessa.

Looks like tonight's drone/missile attack on Ukraine was again one of the largest. Ukraine is claiming 510 UAVs, 6 ballistic missiles, and 32 cruise missiles shot down (meaning that the actual number of munitions used is considerably higher).

The Russian Air Force just received another batch of Su-35S multirole fighter jets.
