been thinking about this for weeks, so I’m just gonna say it: ⚠️ never join a project without proper management. ⚠️ You need someone who keeps people accountable, tracks what’s happening, and actually understands the system at a high level... otherwise everyone just does their own thing, responsibilities get blurry, and when something goes wrong, the whole team gets dragged into it. i’m currently experiencing this myself and the funny thing is I genuinely love the project. it’s a completely different experience it’s challenging me to learn things I wouldn’t normally explore and i can actually feel myself growing through it. but sometimes... just thinking about the project is enough to drain me. not because i don’t enjoy the work but because the lack of structure around it takes away the energy i could be putting into learning and building. Learned my lesson. Never putting myself in a situation like this again. #lesson #team #project @yosephwon
