Sevastopol has introduced a gasoline-once-a-week-(maybe)-via-QR-code system. Not to be confused with NATO's "cheap Russian oil (and no QR code needed) via the Druzhba pipeline" system. It is good that we have left the uni-system world for getting gasoline, and now have multiple systems for getting gasoline. [source: ria.ru]

Russian oil exports to NATO states continue, and are reportedly even "back to normal levels". I feel obliged to mention that Ritter’s 4-year grift-narrative about the Brilliant War of Attrition That Has Murdered Hundreds of Thousands of Ordinary Slavs For No Good Reason Whatsoever makes absolutely zero sense if Ritter is now acknowledging that the long-term threat posed by Ukraine’s rapidly developing military capabilities means Moscow might need to drop a tactical nuke on London if it wants to avoid “dying to a death of a thousand cuts”. https://edwardslavsquat.substack.com/p/scott-ritter-moscow-faces-strategic

Over the past several weeks, the Russian government has made a series of decisions so thoroughly perplexing that some Russians now believe they are witnessing a conscious and deliberate effort to detonate their country from within. (Probably your own government is behaving similarly. See? We aren’t so different after all. Why can’t we all just get along?) https://edwardslavsquat.substack.com/p/russian-government-judo-chops-internet

"The very real truth is that, sometime soon, the decision to walk away will be taken out of our hands. We can be shut down forcefully any day, or the resources could dry up to the point continuing is simply not possible. So we do what we can while we can." — OffGuardian's Kit Knightly https://edwardslavsquat.substack.com/p/dont-waddle-away
"I believe that social media registration should cease to be anonymous. Behind every post, behind every author, there should be a living, real person who can be clearly identified, so there's no manipulation, bullying, fraud, crime, or extortion," Andrey Svintsov, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Information Technology, and Communications, told TASS.
