Over the past 5 days, We conducted a Taekwondo Biomechanics training course in Asela as part of the Ethiopia Sports Academy's annual capacity building program. The Academy brought together 205 sports experts and project coaches from across Ethiopia for a five day training program under the theme: "Quality Training for the Development of Ethiopian Sport." Our Taekwondo department focused on introducing new scientific concepts to broaden the perspectives of Taekwondo masters and coaches. Biomechanics helps us understand the science behind Taekwondo techniques by analyzing body movement, force generation, and energy transfer. Efficient hip rotation, ground reaction force, and proper kinetic chain sequencing are key elements for developing faster, stronger, and more effective kicking techniques. It was an honor to share this knowledge with dedicated Taekwondo professionals who are committed to the future of Ethiopian Taekwondo. [ይፋዊ አቋም እና ማስታወቂያ] እኔ ግራንድማስተር ዶጂን ኪም፣በኮሪያ መንግሥት እና በዓለም ቴኳንዶ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት የኩኪዎን(Kukkiwon) ዲስፓች ማስተር ስሆን፣ በአሁኑ ጊዜ በኢትዮጵያ እና በጂቡቲ ውስጥ እያገለገለ እገኛለው።። እራሱን “GTTF – Global Traditional Taekwondo Federation” ብሎ የሚጠራውን ድርጅት በተመለከተ በቅርብ ጊዜ በተነሱ ጥያቄዎች እና ግራ መጋባቶች በመፈጠራቸው ምክንያት፣ እውነታውን እና ግልጻዊ አቋሜን እንደሚከተለው በግልጽ ማሳወቅ እፈልጋለሁ።። በመጀመሪያ፣ የዓለም የቴኳንዶ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት የሆነው ኩኪዎን ከGTTF ጋር ምንም አይነት ይፋዊ ግንኙነት የለውም። እኔን ጨምሮ በኩኪዎን ዲስፓች ማስተሮች እና ኩኪዎን ከ GTTF ጋር በሥራ ትብብር፣ በዳን ሰርተፍኬት አሰጣጥ፣ በማስተሪግ ሰርተፍኬት ወይም በማንኛውም ዓይነት ኦፊሻላዊ የሥራ ግንኙነትና አጋርነት የሌለን መሆኑን በግልጽ እገልጻለሁ። ሁለተኛ፣ ኩኪዎን በ GTTF የተሰጡ የምስክር ወረቀቶችን እንደ ኩኪዎን የዳን ሰርተፍኬቶችን ሆነ ወይም የኩኪዎን ማስተሪንግ ሰርተፍኬት አድርጎ አይቀበላቸውም። በ GTTF የሚሰጡ የዳን እና የአሰልጣኝነት የምስክር ወረቀቶች በዚያው ድርጅት በራሱ የሚሰጡ የግል ድርጅት ብቃቶችና ሰነዶች ናቸው። እነዚህ በዓለም ቴኳንዶ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት በኩኪዎን ከሚሰጡት ወይም በይፋ ከሚታወቁት የዳን እና የአሰልጣኝነት ሰርተፍኬት ጋር ሙሉ በሙሉ የተለዩ ናቸው። ስለሆነም፣ በ GTTF የተሰጠ የዳን ሰርተፍኬት ወይም የማስተሪንግ ሰርተፍኬትን በኩኪዎን የተሰጠ፣ የጸደቀ ወይም በይፋ እውቅና ያገኘ እንደሆነ አድርጎ በተሳሳተ መንገድ መረዳት ወይም ማቅረብ አይገባም። ሦስተኛ፣ የቴኳንዶ ዳን የሰርተፍኬት ወይም የአሰልጣኝነት/ማስተሪንግ ሰርተፍኬት በቀላሉ የወረቀት ቁራጭ መቀበል ማለት አይደለም። ምንም አይነት የምስክር ወረቀት ወይም ብቃት ከማግኘትዎ በፊት፣ የትኛው ድርጅት እንደሚያወጣው፣ ምን ዓይነት የፈተና ወይም የስልጠና ሂደት እንደሚያስፈልግ እና ያ ብቃት በይፋ የተገኘበትን ቦታ በጥንቃቄ ማረጋገጥ አለብዎት። በተለይም፣ አንድ ድርጅት በስሙ ላይ "ዓለም አቀፍ (International)"፣ "ግሎባል (Global)"፣ "ወርልድ (World)" ወይም "ፌዴሬሽን (Federation)" የሚሉ ቃላትን ስለተጠቀመ ብቻ በኮሪያ መንግሥት ወይም በኩኪዎን በይፋ እውቅና አግኝቷል ማለት አይደለም። ማንኛውንም የብቃት ማረጋገጫም ወይም የዳን ሰርተፍኬት ከመውሰዳችሁ በፊት የሰጠውን ድርጅት እና የምስክር ወረቀቱን ትክክለኛ እውቅና በጥንቃቄ እንድታረጋግጡ አጥብቄ እመክራለሁ። በአለም ውስጥ ያለ ምንም ጥረት ወይም ተገቢ ሂደት ሊገኝ የሚችል ምንም አይነት ብቃት የለም። በመጨረሻም፣ ይህንን በድጋሚ ግልጽ ማድረግ እፈልጋለሁ፡ GTTF እና የዓለም ቴኳንዶ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት ኩኪዎን የተለያዩ ድርጅቶች ናቸው። ኩኪዎን የ GTTF የዳን ወይም ማስተሪንግ ሰርተፍኬቶችን እንደ የኩኪዎን የዳን ወይም ማስተሪንግ ሰርተፍኬት አድርጎ አይቀበላቸውም። በዚህ ጉዳይ ላይ ያለው አቋሜ በበቂ ሁኔታ ግልጽ ስለሆነ፣ ከእንግዲህ ስለ በGTTF ስለሚሰጡት የዳን ሰርተፍኬት፣ ስለ ማስተሪንግ ሰርተፍኬት ወይም ከኩኪዎን ጋር ስላለው ግንኙነት ለሚነሱ የግል ጥያቄዎች ምላሼ በዚህ ያጠቃለልኩ መሆኑን እገልጻለሁ።። እባክችሁ እውነታውን በጥንቃቄ በማረጋገጥ በራሳችሁ ትክክለኛ ውሳኔ አድርጉ። አመሰግናለሁ! ግራንድማስተር ኪም ዶጂን የኩኪዎን (የዓለም ቴኳንዶ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት) የውጭ አገር ዲስፓች ማስተር ኢትዮጵያ እና ጅቡቲ

OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND NOTICE I am Master Kim Dojin, a Kukkiwon Overseas-Dispatched Master currently serving in Ethiopia and Djibouti. Due to recent inquiries and confusion regarding an organization calling itself the “GTTF – Global Traditional Taekwondo Federation,” I would like to clearly state the facts and my official position as follows. First, Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, has no official relationship whatsoever with GTTF. Neither I, as a Kukkiwon Overseas-Dispatched Master, nor Kukkiwon has any official cooperation, affiliation, partnership, or working relationship with GTTF, including matters related to Dan certificates or instructor qualifications. Second, Kukkiwon does not recognize certificates issued by GTTF as Kukkiwon Dan certificates or Kukkiwon instructor qualifications. Any Dan certificates, instructor certificates, or other qualifications issued by GTTF are certificates issued independently by that organization. They are entirely separate from Dan certificates and instructor qualifications issued or officially recognized by Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters. Therefore, no one should misunderstand or represent a GTTF-issued certificate or qualification as having been issued, approved, or officially recognized by Kukkiwon. Third, a Taekwondo Dan certificate or instructor qualification is not simply a piece of paper. Before obtaining any certificate or qualification, you should carefully verify which organization issues it, what examination or training process is required, and where that qualification is officially recognized. In particular, simply because an organization uses words such as “International,” “Global,” “World,” or “Federation” in its name does not mean that it is officially recognized by the Republic of Korea or by Kukkiwon. I strongly advise everyone to verify the issuing organization and the actual recognition and validity of any certificate before paying for or obtaining it. There is no truly valuable qualification that can be obtained without proper training, effort, and a legitimate process. Finally, I would like to make this absolutely clear once again: GTTF and Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, are separate organizations. Kukkiwon does not recognize GTTF Dan certificates or instructor certificates as Kukkiwon Dan certificates or Kukkiwon instructor qualifications. My position on this matter has now been made sufficiently clear. Therefore, I will no longer respond to individual inquiries regarding GTTF, its certificates or qualifications, or its relationship with Kukkiwon.
