Whoever seeks to mix Islam with Western or Eastern ideas, has not understood the message of the Prophet ﷺ Shaykh Abu Hafs Sufyan al-Jaza’iri (may Allah preserve him) said: The message which Muhammad ﷺ came with is divine in source and divine in purpose. From the most important characteristics of the Shari‘ah of Islam is that it is divine in source and divine in purpose. The Shari‘ah of Islam does not need to mix with Western or Eastern ideas. If the Shari‘ah of Islam needed to mix with Eastern and Western ideas, then the seal of the messengers would have been either from the East or from the West, so why is he from the desert? So everyone who wants to mix the Shari‘ah of Allah with Eastern and Western ideas has not understood the divinity of the message. Many people now, many callers, many shaykhs, their problem, their intellectual defeat, their personal defeat, their Aqeedah defeat, is that they want to interpret the Shari‘ah of Allah and apply it according to the patterns and methods of the East and the West, they want to mix between these ideas and these propositions and forms. And those who do this are callers, shaykhs, and others. All of these have not understood the meaning of the divinity of the source and the divinity of the purpose. The Prophet ﷺ passed by and saw ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, as was narrated by Ibn Abi ‘Asim in the book al-Sunnah, he saw in his hand a book from the books of the People of the Book. The Prophet ﷺ became angry and said: “Are you becoming confused about it, O son of al-Khattab? I have brought it to you white and pure." So everyone who wants to apply Islam according to the ways of the East and the West, or understand Islam according to the method and understanding of the West and the East, has not understood the meaning of the Shari‘ah of Islam, even if he is a doctor, even if he is a professor, even if he is a scholar, even if he is a caller. He has not understood the meaning of the divinity of the source. He did not understand why the Prophet ﷺ was sent by his Lord in the desert. He did not understand why the Prophet ﷺ lived as an orphan. This caller, this shaykh, needs to learn the seerah from the beginning; he needs to know the characteristics of the Shari‘ah of Islam; he needs to know the wisdom behind sending the message in the desert and the wisdom in the Prophet ﷺ, before he puts himself forward in gatherings and speaks in the name of Islam and speaks in the name of the Ummah of Islam. Fiqh Seerah Rasool Allah Alayhis-Salaatu was-Salaam, lecture 3
These are all acts of disbelief that expel from the deen 1. Whoever says that alcohol is lawful, or that trade is unlawful, and does not attribute that to Allah, exalted is He. 2. Whoever writes a book in which he establishes that the unlawful is lawful, or that the lawful is unlawful, in it that Zina is lawful, or that marriage to a maḥārim is lawful, or that marriage is unlawful, or that marriage of a male with a male is lawful, and does not attribute that to Allah, exalted is He. 3. Whoever writes a book in which he mentions altering the Deen, such that the male is like the female in inheritance, or ḥajj is in the month of Shaʿbān, or zakāh is three times in the year, or fasting is in Muḥarram, or the prescribed prayers are four prayers, or the Muslim is like the disbeliever, or that the relationship between people is based on citizenship and humanity and that deen has no relation to evaluation, and does not attribute that to Allah, exalted is He. 6. Whoever takes a book from someone else, or finds it and acts upon what is in it, and in it are these acts of disbelief, or some of them, even one of them, and so judges by these acts of disbelief, or governs his people or his subjects by them, or settles disputes by them, or makes the reference in cases of disagreement to these acts of disbelief, even if he does not prefer them over the judgment of Allah, and even if he does not attribute them to Allah, exalted is He. 8. Whoever composes a book or finds one and acts by it, and in it are abrogated laws, and rulings from Islam, and rulings from the Torah or the Gospel, from that which the legislation of the Prophet (salallahu alayhi wa salam) came with in opposition to. 9. Whoever establishes or finds a legislation in which there is making lawful what is unlawful, or making unlawful what is lawful, or altering the deen, then implements it and obligates it, whether he attributes it to Allah or does not attribute it, and whether he prefers it over the judgment of Allah or does not prefer it. 10. Whoever prefers the ruling of Jāhiliyyah over the ruling of Islam. 11. Whoever permits ruling by laws of misguidance, or permits departing from the Sharīʿah, regardless of whether he believes or not if this can actually be permitted. 12. Whoever believes that the ruling of Allah is deficient, or not suitable for his time, or not sufficient for the servants. 13. Whoever grants concession in committing what is unlawful, or sets laws for that. ………. To be continued, if Allah wills. -Shaykh Saadiq al Hashimi حفظه الله
Sheikh Bakr Abu Zayd (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The one who supplicates should never forget that through du'a he attains: tranquility of the soul, an opening of the chest, and a patience that makes it easier to bear whatever comes his way, and this is a great form of response (to supplication).” — Adhkar Tarafay al-Nahar (1/14)

Democracy is clear Kufr and it is allowed to revolt against the ruler who calls to it. Shaykh Muqbil al-Wādiʿī (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “Rebelling against the ruler, if he manifests clear disbelief (kufr bawāḥ), such as calling to democracy or to socialism, or declaring lawful what Allah has forbidden, then if he openly shows clear disbelief, one may rebel against him. I do not say that it is obligatory to rebel against him; rather, it depends on the condition of the Muslims. If the Muslims are strong and able to rise against him, and they are safe from fitnah and from Muslim blood being shed among themselves, then there is no harm in rising against him. However if they fear that the consequences will turn against the Muslims, then (they should refrain), for indeed we have witnessed calamities upon calamities. Yes, the uprising of the group in the Sacred Mosque was a disaster, and the da‘wah remained weakened for five or six years. The people of Ḥamāh as well, their uprising was a disaster; their revolt against the Nusayrī disbeliever was likewise. And thus, the Lord of Might did not permit the Companions to fight until He knew they had the ability. (As in His saying:) ‘Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought because they have been wronged, and indeed Allah is capable of giving them victory.’ So you, O questioner, if you know that you have the ability to remove oppression without spilling the blood of Muslims, then there is no harm in that. And Allah is the One whose help is sought.”
In an age where temptations are constant and the fitnah of women is widespread, how can a believer protect his heart and remain firm? In this video, we explore five profound ways to weaken and control one’s desires, drawn from the timeless wisdom of Ibn al-Qayyim in his masterpiece ʿUddah al-Sabirin.
What you see in the image on the right is one of Bashar’s dogs, and his name is Amjad Yusuf. Thirteen years ago, he and his companions used to take civilians from their homes, bound and blindfolded, mocking and abusing them, then throwing them one by one into a large pit. Amjad would then shoot them. After that, they poured gasoline over them and set them on fire—what became known at the time as the Tadamon neighborhood massacre. And what you see on the left is also Amjad Yusuf today, after he was captured—humiliated, disgraced, and contemptible. Amjad and his companions used to film their crime with both audio and video while feeling safe and confident that punishment would never reach them. Behind him stood his master Bashar, his soldiers, the militias that came from every direction to assist him in his crimes, Iran, and Russia with its power and might—and even behind him stood a complicit international system, even if it appeared to condemn and denounce, a system that supported the rule of the fugitive rat and his father for fifty-five years. So what did Amjad fear?! And why would he not record his actions? And this is a message to every oppressor and criminal—and how many there are: “And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do.” (Qur’an 14:42 — Sahih International) Do not think that you can escape the Lord of the heavens and the earth: “Those will not cause failure [to Allah] upon earth, nor will they have besides Allah any protectors.” (Qur’an 11:20 — Sahih International) And a message to those whom Allah has enabled over this wicked man and others like him: that ending the tragedy of this Muslim country, which lasted for decades, was by the فضل (grace) of Allah, and your being empowered over these criminals is by the grace of Allah. So do not perpetuate Allah’s blessing through disobedience to Him. By Allah, all the powers of the earth will not benefit you if Allah wills to take that blessing away from you. Indeed: “Whatever Allah grants to people of mercy – none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds – none can release it thereafter. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.” (Qur’an 35:2 — Sahih International) @EyadQunaibi1

Apologizing and retracting our words when we err is not a shameful nor blameworthy thing. Rather, it is praiseworthy. However, apologizing and retracting true statements concerning our beliefs and creed is blameworthy, cowardly and a sign of hypocrisy. Shaykh Younus Kathrada حفظه الله

Shaykh Abū Muḥammad al-Maqdisī (ḥafiẓahu llāh) said: In addition to this, I know from my study of the treatises of the Imāms of the Najdī Da‘wah that the matter in their writings did not stop at absolute statements made in the context of Da‘wah that require nuance and sound understanding. Rather, the matter escalated among some of their later prominent figures, such as Shaykh Sulaymān ibn Saḥmān, Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm Āl al-Shaykh, and alongside them, all the scholars of al-‘Āriḍ, into egregious deviations that it is impermissible to follow them in, and for which there is no room for justification. Specifically, this includes the erroneous fatwas and absolute statements they issued against their opponents and those who rebelled against their Imām, ‘Abd al-‘Azīz, the ally of the Americans and the English. One must exercise extreme caution regarding these pronouncements. Indeed, they explicitly declared Takfīr upon al-Dawīsh, the ‘Ujmān, and the Ikhwān who rebelled alongside them against their Imām, ‘Abd al-‘Azīz. They judged them with Riddah and applied to them the statement of Shaykh al-Islām concerning the one who defected to the camp of the Tatars and joined them, thereby committing apostasy and rendering his blood and wealth lawful. In fact, they deemed them even more deserving of Kufr and Riddah than such an individual. See al-Durar al-Saniyyah, Vol. 7, Book of Jihād, p. 334. Furthermore, in response to a request for a fatwa from their Imām regarding the acceptance of repentance from those among them who repented and came regretting their rebellion against ‘Abd al-‘Azīz and their condemnation of the Shaykhs who argued on his behalf, they stipulated a condition. They required that the repentant individual disavow the Ikhwān who rebelled against ‘Abd al-‘Azīz, and explicitly declare Takfīr upon them, committing to wage Jihād against them with his hand, wealth, and tongue! See the same reference, p. 330. Contemplate this, and beware of treating them as infallible or engaging with their writings as if falsehood cannot approach them from before them or from behind them.

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate. Record this, O history… At a time when there is war between the Iranian Rafidite regime on one side, and Zionist Jews and Christian Zionists on the other; and at a time when the Zionist Knesset has approved the implementation of death sentences against our prisoners held by the Zionist entity, at this very time, the Rafidite regime in Iraq has increased the pace of carrying out executions against Sunnis held in Iraqi prisons. We have seen the media uproar over that unjust approval against our prisoners in occupied Palestine, and rightly so. But why have we not heard even a whisper about the executions being carried out by the Rafidite regime in Iraq? Are not the Sunni prisoners in Iraq our brothers, just like our Palestinian brothers imprisoned by the Zionist entity? Shame upon the perspective and partisan, interest-driven analysis that is far from loyalty and disavowal for the sake of Allah. If it is asked: what is the connection between the Rafidite regime in Iraq and the Rafidite regime in Iran? The answer: Since Iraq fell into the hands of the international system, led by America and Iran, it was effectively handed over to Iran. Iraq has thus become like a province of Iran. The rulers of Iraq have close ties to Iran; some are even of Iranian origin, and many hold Iranian citizenship after having grown up there for many years. The second link between the Iraqi and Iranian regimes is allegiance to the “Wilayat al-Faqih”; all of them are under a single allegiance. O Allah, destroy the Zionists and the Rafidites. O Allah, free the Muslim prisoners everywhere. O Allah, grant this Ummah righteous guidance and leadership. Shaykh Abu Hafs Sufyan al-Jaza’iri (may Allah preserve him)
