  • السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Welcome to all new subscribers to this channel. We pray you find it beneficial being here. Ulama Publications first started as a means of publishing small books, for the local home ed community, custom books, as well as presenting older books in an easier to read format. Then came a time when we heard an Aalim passed away, feeling sad we never got to benefit from him as we weren't aware of him. Something hit then. There are so many of us living in communities where Islam has just become a name. We do not have Ulama locally to benefit from. So we started up the telegram channel (followed by the website, WhatsApp etc.). We can see Islam is being changed rapidly, the scholars we used to follow stopped believing in what they used to preach, so who could we learn from in this day and age? Slowly we started to find Ulama e Haq (those who follow and preach true Islam). But we also realised most people are totally unaware of them. They do not use social media. They do not take photos or videos. They do not seek fame or popularity. They remain within their Masajid and madrasahs, teaching Islam as it was revealed, and those around them have served Deen by recording, writing and sharing the works of Ulama. We wanted to bridge the gap between the Ulama, and those around us. Thus, this channel was to serve this purpose. Not claiming any of the work. But sharing the words of the Ulama of our time, so brothers and sisters can be made aware of them, and seek more knowledge from them in person, using the websites built by the students of the Ulama, and so on and so forth. The world changed again, during lockdown, when so many of us didn't have local Ulama who didn't believe in the lies that were spread by those who rule us. We know they are lies as Islam has already taught us everything, and neither did they (the rules) follow the rules, nor did they truly care for anyone's wellbeing. It was a time where Muslims from America, the UK, Indonesia, Australia, Pakistan, India and other countries would write to the Ulama in South Africa to seek guidance on how to manage the new situations coming about week to week. At that time it felt very isolating. Alhamdulillah this last year, despite us posting less frequently earlier, we found brothers, sisters, and Ulama join. We are very thankful to see a community of Muslims from all parts of the world, wanting to follow Islam as it was revealed, and wanting to protect it. We have come to know if even more incredible work going on for the sake of Deen. A few years ago, we held live sessions of kitab reading, preparation for Ramadhan, as well as recorded lessons for Muslims to listen to for free. We want to reach out to Ulama again here, as we feel it is important to share audio talks, lessons, as well as books as articles of Ulama from around the world, to make this Dunya feel less isolating for brothers and sisters. If you'd like to join this cause, solely for the sake of Allah Ta'ala, His ridha, to spread the Haq to Muslims around the world who are continuously reaching out to us here because there are no Ulama in their localities, please do get in touch. We will connect you with Ulama we know to get going in sha Allah. There is no hesitation needed. We think we have Alhamdulillah a good team (including those who kindly send in articles and talks to post), who do not seek Dunya, fame or wealth through this effort. Only the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala. Please do not hesitate to get in touch. Jazakallahu Khaira Ulama Publications

  • He returned from captivity to find his six children martyred!!! After two years in the occupation's prisons, the Palestinian Ahmad Abdul Karim al-Siqili returned to Khan Younis in the south of the Strip, expecting to be greeted by his six children, but he did not find them and instead found six death certificates in their place. His children were martyred in an occupation airstrike that targeted their home during his arrest, while his wife and one of his daughters survived after being injured in the raid.

  • As for Prophetic invocations about destruction of the kuffar, some examples: اللَّهُمَّ لَا يَعِشْ لَهُمْ أَحَدٌ “O Allah, let none of them survive.” (at Uhud). مَلَأَ اللَّهُ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا “May Allah fill their graves and their houses with fire.” (Bukhari) اللَّهُمَّ مُنْزِلَ الْكِتَابِ، سَرِيعَ الْحِسَابِ، اهْزِمِ الْأَحْزَابَ، اللَّهُمَّ اهْزِمْهُمْ وَزَلْزِلْهُمْ "O Allah, Revealer of the Book, Swift in reckoning, defeat the confederates; O Allah, defeat them and shake them.” (Bukhari, Muslim) اللَّهُمَّ عَلَيْكَ بِقُرَيْشٍ “O Allah, deal with the Quraysh.” (Bukhari) اللَّهُمَّ عَلَيْكَ بِأَبِي جَهْلٍ “O Allah, deal with Abū Jahl.” (Bukhari) اللَّهُمَّ اشْدُدْ وَطْأَتَكَ عَلَى مُضَرَ، وَاجْعَلْهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سِنِينَ كَسِنِي يُوسُفَ “O Allah, intensify Your severity against Mudar, and make [the years] upon them like the years of Yusuf.” (Bukhari, Muslim) اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْ لِحْيَانَ، وَرِعْلًا، وَذَكْوَانَ، وَعَصِيَّةَ عَصَتِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ “O Allah, curse Lihyan, Riʿl, Dhakwn and 'Usayyah, who disobeyed Allah and His Messenger.” (Bukhari, Muslim) اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْ كَفَرَةَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ الَّذِينَ يَصُدُّونَ عَنْ سَبِيلِكَ، وَيُكَذِّبُونَ رُسُلَكَ، وَيُقَاتِلُونَ أَوْلِيَاءَكَ اللَّهُمَّ خَالِفْ بَيْنَ كَلِمَتِهِمْ، وَزَلْزِلْ أَقْدَامَهُمْ، وَأَنْزِلْ بِهِمْ بَأْسَكَ الَّذِي لَا تَرُدُّهُ عَنِ الْقَوْمِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ “O Allah, curse the unbelievers among the People of the Book who obstruct from Your path, deny Your messengers, and fight Your allies. O Allah, divide their unity, shake their feet, and bring down upon them Your might which cannot be turned away from the criminal people.” (Du'a' of Qunut of Hadrat Umar رضي الله عنه) اللَّهُمَّ أَحْصِهِمْ عَدَدًا، وَاقْتُلْهُمْ بَدَدًا، وَلَا تُبْقِ مِنْهُمْ أَحَدًا “O Allah, enumerate them one by one, kill them individually, and leave none of them.” (Du'a' of Khubayb ibn 'Adi رضي الله عنه) - Very interestingly, al-Imam an-Nawawi al-Shafi'i al-Ash'ari, discussing the wording of the above-mentioned qunut al-nazilah read by Hadrat Umar رضي الله عنه, says that the historical wording: اللهم عذب كفرة أهل الكتاب was specific to the circumstances in which the People of the Book were fighting Muslims, then he adds: وأما الآن فالمختار أن يقال: عذِّب الكفرة ليعم أهل الكتاب وغيرهم من الكفار “As for today, the preferred wording is to say: "Punish the unbelievers", so that it encompasses the People of the Book and other unbelievers.”

  • The farce of Salah Al-Istisqa in Harbi UK In the Harbi UK, juhhal cosplaying as scholars organised prayers for requesting Allah for rain at various locations. Brainwashed into accepting the "this is our home" mantra, they willfully ignore the different rulings between lands of the Muslims and lands of the kuffar (and even the rulings about the conditions for salah al-Istisqa in itself), and, in their pathetic show of proving their "belonging" and "integration" in the UK, always end up praying for the prosperity and well-being of a Harbi land at war with Muslims, while Muslims all over the lands of Islam pray for the destruction of such enemies countries, as we've been taught in several du'a's from the Prophetic Sunnah. Meanwhile, in actual fiqh (not the British Raj Neobandi butchery of it): Imam Bukhari establishes a chapter in Kitab al-Istisqa: بابُ دُعاءِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم اجْعَلْهَا عَلَيّهِم سِنِينَ كَسِنِي يوسُفَ Chapter: The Prophet’s ﷺ supplication, “Make them suffer years like the years of Yusuf.” If you ask: What is the reason for including this chapter among the chapters concerning the seeking of rain (istisqāʾ)? I say: It is to draw attention to the fact that just as supplication for rain on behalf of the believers is legislated, likewise supplication for drought against the unbelievers is legislated, because in it there is a weakening of them, and that is a benefit for the Muslims. Another of the things you won't learn from UK "Darul Uloom"s.

  • Under the chapter of Ṣalāt al-Istisqāʾ in Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, Shaykh al-Ḥadīth Mawlānā Muḥammad Zakariyyā Kandhlawī (r.a.), who is buried in Jannat al-Baqīʿ, beautifully explains some of the misconceptions and important details relating to this issue. He states: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made a supplication against them, and it was accepted. However, the full seven years did not pass. Rather, when the drought began, Abū Sufyān (r.a) came to the Prophet ﷺ and pleaded with him earnestly. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then supplicated for them, and the drought came to an end. There are two apparent difficulties here: one relates to the chapter heading, and the other relates to the ḥadīth itself. As for the difficulty concerning the chapter heading, the discussion is within the chapters of Istisqāʾ, and Istisqāʾ involves supplicating for rain, not supplicating against people. Why, then, did Imām al-Bukhārī (r.a.) establish a chapter concerning supplication against them? The answer is that one of Imām al-Bukhārī’s methods of deduction is to establish something through its opposite: بِضِدِّهَا تَتَبَيَّنُ الْأَشْيَاءُ ‘Things become clear through their opposites.’ This chapter is also of this nature. The point is that if it is permissible to supplicate against them — despite this apparently seeming contrary to the quality of mercy — then supplicating for them is permissible to an even greater degree. Some of the commentators further state that Imām al-Bukhārī (r.a.) is drawing attention to an important point: when drought occurs, do not immediately rush outside and begin supplicating for rain. Rather, first examine the condition of the people afflicted by the drought (المقحوطين). If they are immersed in fisq and fujūr — sinfulness, wickedness and open disobedience — then instead of supplicating for them, supplicate against them. Indeed, this is what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did.” [Tashrīḥāt Bukhārī Volume 2] https://x.com/i/status/2089317748291592432

  • Continuing with the issue of Ṣalāt al-Istisqāʾ, an emphasised Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ, we must not discuss the prayer while ignoring what the Qurʾān and Sunnah say regarding the causes of drought and the withholding of rain. Drought can serve as a wake-up call, compelling the Ummah to examine its relationship with Allāh, repent from disobedience and rectify its affairs. The Prophet ﷺ explicitly connected certain sins with worldly consequences. He warned that cheating in weights and measures leads to years of drought, hardship and oppressive rulers, and that when people withhold zakāh, rain is withheld from the heavens — were it not for the animals, they would not be given rain. Imām Bukhārī (r.a.) placed a chapter heading in his Ṣaḥīḥ: “The Lord Almighty taking retribution against His creation through drought when His sacred limits are violated.” The matter goes further. Mujāhid (r.a.) said that when the earth is afflicted by drought, the animals say: “This is because of the sinners among the children of Ādam. May Allah curse the sinners among the children of Ādam.” Ibn Kathīr (r.a.) cites this statement in his Tafsīr. Therefore, within the Islamic tradition, drought is not merely discussed as a physical phenomenon; believers are commanded to reflect upon their sins, oppression and disobedience to Allāh when calamities occur. Allāh says: “Had the people of the towns believed and been mindful of Allāh, We would certainly have opened up for them blessings from the heavens and the earth. But they denied, so We seized them for what they used to earn.” (7:96) And: “Corruption has appeared on land and sea because of what people’s hands have earned, so that He may cause them to taste some of what they have done, that perhaps they may return.” (30:41) This is why British Muslims pushing Ṣalāt al-Istisqāʾ on behalf of the establishment because Britain is apparently suffering a drought should be ashamed of presenting the matter so selectively. If we are going to revive the Sunnah, then revive its complete message: repentance, obedience to Allāh, abandoning wrongdoing and reflecting upon the causes of His displeasure. When Britain participated in devastating wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and when its policies towards the suffering and oppression of people in Syria, Kashmir and Gaza have been the subject of serious criticism, why should Muslims suddenly separate questions of injustice from their discussion of calamity? After destruction has been unleashed across lands and innocent people have suffered, are we really going to discuss the 'devastating drought' while foregoing the history of lies, deception and deceit? No individual can categorically declare, without revelation, that a particular drought is definitely Allah's punishment for a particular political crime. But neither should Muslims erase the Qurʾānic principle that sin, injustice and corruption can be causes for blessings being withdrawn and calamities descending. Ṣalāt al-Istisqāʾ is not an establishment-sponsored rain ceremony. It is an act of submission before Allāh, accompanied by tawbah, humility and recognition of human wrongdoing. If we are serious about reviving the Sunnah, then we cannot revive the prayer while silencing the very warnings that surround it. https://x.com/i/status/2088617600968278186

  • The Three Years of Famine Before the Emergence of Dajjal Rasulullah ﷺ said: “Before Dajjal appears there will be three difficult years in which the people will suffer severe famine. In the first year, Allah will command the sky to withhold one third of its rain and the earth to withhold one third of its produce. In the second year, He will command the sky to withhold two thirds of its rain and the earth to withhold two-thirds of its produce. In the third year, He will command the sky to withhold all of its rain, and not a single drop will fall, and the earth to withhold all of its produce, and nothing will grow. All cloven-hoofed animals will die, except those that Allah wills.' It was said: 'What will the people live on at that time?' He said: 'Tahlil, Takbir, Tasbih and Tahmid’.” - Sunan Ibn Majah https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19EMGbALFL/

  • This heat is something else. May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala equip the believers with whatever is needed to gain victory over the blessed lands and restore Gaza. Aameen.

  • Gaza’s seashore in the 21st century, in an age of technological advancement… endless tents stretching as far as the eye can see. At a time when the world talks about artificial intelligence, space travel, and the cities of the future, hundreds of thousands of people in Gaza are spending their days and nights inside tents that cannot protect them from the heat or the cold. Imagine the contradiction: a world boasting about all this progress, while hundreds of thousands of people ask for nothing more than a safe place to sleep and water they can drink. https://x.com/Tamer_Alnoaizy/status/2088908871859318801
