ወላጆች ቤተሰብ እና ትምህርት ቤት አንድ ላይ ሲሠሩ፣ ልጆች የተሻለ ይማራሉ፤ የተሻለ ያድጋሉ፤ የተሻለ ወደፊት ይገነባሉ። “ልጅን ለትምህርት ማዘጋጀት ማለት መጽሐፍ ፣ ማንበብ ማስቻል ሳይሆን፣ ለመማር ልብ፣ ለመኖር ባህሪ እና በራስ መተማመናቸውን መገንባት ነው።” ውድ የፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ ተማሪ ወላጆች፣ ልጃችሁን ትምህርት ለማስጀመር የወሰናችሁት ውሳኔ ትልቅ የሕይወት ውሳኔ ነው። በፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ የምናምነው፣ “ሁሉም ተማሪዎች የተለያዩ ተሰጥኦዎች አሏቸው” በሚለው መርህ ላይ ነው። ስለዚህ የልጅን ስኬት በፈተና ውጤት ብቻ አንለካም፤ በእውቀት፣ በባህሪ፣ በፈጠራ፣ በማኅበራዊ ችሎታ፣ በራስ መተማመን እና ችግር ፈቺነትም እንመለከታለን። 1. ልጅዎን ለትምህርት ቤት በስሜታዊ ዝግጁነት ላይ ይስሩ ልጅ ወደ ትምህርት ቤት ሲገባ አዲስ አካባቢ፣ አዲስ አስተማሪ እና አዲስ ጓደኞች ያጋጥሙታል። ስለዚህ፦ - ስለ ትምህርት ቤት በአዎንታዊ ቃላት ይናገሩ። - “ትምህርት ቤት ከባድ ነው” ወይም “ካልታዘዝክ ትቀጣለህ” በማለት አታስፈራሩት። - ጥያቄዎቹን በትዕግሥት ያዳምጡ። - የመጀመሪያውን ቀን እንደ አዲስ የመማር ስኬት እንጂ እንደ ፍርሃት እንዳያየው ያግዙት። የፕራይም ብሪጅ መርህ፦ ልጅ ለመማር ከመቀመጡ በፊት በደህንነት እና በፍቅር መሰማት አለበት። 2. ጨዋታን እንደ የመማሪያ መሣሪያ ይመልከቱ በተለይ በመዋዕለ ህፃናት እና በቀደምት የአንደኛ ደረጃ ዕድሜ፣ ጨዋታ የትምህርት ተቃራኒ ሳይሆን የትምህርት አካል ነው። ልጁ በመጫወት፦ መጋራትን፣ ተራ መጠበቅን፣ መግባባትን፣ መፍትሔ መፈለግን፣ መሪነትን እና ቡድን ሆኖ መስራትን ይማራል። ስለዚህ በቤት፦ - የተደራጀ ጨዋታ ያዘጋጁ። - ታሪክ ያንብቡለት። - እንዲስልና እንዲገነባ ያበረታቱት። - በእድሜው ልክ ዘፈንና መዝሙር እንዲዘምር ያድርጉ። - ከእድሜ እኩዮቹ ጋር እንዲጫወት ዕድል ይፍጠሩ። 3. ራስን መቻልን ያለማምዱ ወላጅ ልጁን ለመርዳት ሁሉንም ነገር ለልጁ ማድረግ የለበትም። “እኔ አደርግልሃለሁ” ከማለት ይልቅ “አንተ ራስህ ሞክር፤ እኔ አጠገብህ ነኝ” የሚለው አቀራረብ የበለጠ የልጁን ብቃት ይገነባል። ልጁን በቀስታ ያለማምዱት፦ - በራሱ መመገብ፤ - እጅ መታጠብ፤ - መጸዳጃ ቤትን በተቻለ መጠን በራሱ መጠቀም፤ - የግል እቃውን መጠበቅ፤ - ልብስ መልበስና ማውለቅ፤ - “እርዳኝ” ብሎ እርዳታ መጠየቅ፤ - ፍላጎቱንና ስሜቱን በቃል መግለጽ። 4. ልጅዎን ከሌሎች ልጆች ጋር አታወዳድሩ የእሱ ልጅ ቀድሞ አንብቧል፤ አንተ ለምን አትችልም?” የሚለው ንግግር ልጁን ለማነሳሳት ከመርዳት ይልቅ ራስን መተማመኑን ሊጎዳ ይችላል። ይልቁንም፦ “ትናንት ካልቻልከው ዛሬ ሞክረህ ማድረግ ትችላለህ” ይበሉ። በፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ የምናምነው የልጆች ልዩነት ችግር ሳይሆን የመማር እድል ነው። 5. ውጤትን ብቻ አትከታተሉ የመማር ሂደቱን ይከታተሉ “ስንት አመጣህ?” ብቻ ከመጠየቅ ይልቅ፦ - “ዛሬ ምን ተማርክ?” - “ምን አስደሰተህ?” - “ምን ነገር ከበደህ?” - “እንዴት መፍትሔ አገኘህ?” - “ነገ ምን መሞከር ትፈልጋለህ?” ብለው ይጠይቁ። ይህ ልጁን የመማር ፍቅር እንዲያዳብር ይረዳዋል። 6. የቤት እና የትምህርት ቤት አጋርነትን ያጠናክሩ የልጅ ትምህርት የትምህርት ቤቱ ብቻ ኃላፊነት አይደለም። ቤተሰብ (ቤት) + ትምህርት ቤት + ልጅ = የተሟላ የትምህርት አጋርነት። ወላጆች፦ - የልጃቸውን አስተማሪ በአክብሮት ያነጋግሩ። - ችግር ካለ በወሬ ሳይሆን በቀጥታ ከሚመለከተው አካል ብቻ ጋር ይወያዩ። - የትምህርት ቤቱን መመሪያዎች ይከተሉ። - የልጁን እድገት ከመምህራን ጋር በተከታታይ ይከታተሉ። - በቤት የሚነገረውን እና በትምህርት ቤት የሚሰጠውን መልዕክት እንዲጣጣም ያድርጉ። 7. ዲጂታል መሣሪያዎችን በዓላማ ይጠቀሙ ስልክ፣ ታብሌት ወይም ቴሌቪዥን የልጁን ጨዋታ፣ እንቅልፍ፣ ንባብ፣ ከቤተሰብ ጋር ውይይት እና እንቅስቃሴ እንዳይተካ ይጠንቀቁ። ቴክኖሎጂ መሣሪያ እንጂ የወላጅ ተኪ አይደለም። 8. ጤና፣ እንቅልፍና የቀን ሥርዓትን ቅድሚያ ይስጡ የተማሪ የመማር አቅም ከአካላዊና ስሜታዊ ደህንነቱ ጋር በቀጥታ ይያያዛል። ስለዚህ፦ ጥሩ እንቅልፍ + ጤናማ ምግብ + እንቅስቃሴ + ጨዋታ + ፍቅር + የተደራጀ የቀን ሥርዓት = ዝግጁ ተማሪ። 9. ልጅዎን እንዲጠይቅ፣ እንዲሞክርና እንዲሳሳት ይፍቀዱ በፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ የምንፈልገው ተማሪ መልስ ብቻ የሚያስታውስ ሳይሆን “ለምን?” “እንዴት?” “ሌላ መንገድ አለ?” ብሎ የሚጠይቅ ተማሪ ነው። ስህተት ማድረግ የመማር አካል ነው። ስለዚህ ልጅዎ ሲሳሳት በመውቀስ ፋንታ፦ “ምን ተማርክ?” “እንደገና ብትሞክር ምን ትቀይራለህ?” ብለው ይጠይቁት። 10. የፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ ለወላጆች ወሳኝ ማሳሰቢያ ውድ ወላጆች፣ ከልጆቻችሁ ፍጹምነትን ከመጠበቅ በፊት እድገታቸውን ተመልከቱ። ከሌሎች ልጆች ጋር አታወዳድሯቸው። በውጤታቸው ብቻ አትፍረዱባቸው። ስህተታቸውን በማዋረድ አታስተምሯቸው። በፍርሃት አትምሯቸው። ይልቁንም አድምጧቸው፣ አበረታቷቸው፣ ያስተምሯቸው፣ ይምሯቸው፣ ዕድል ስጧቸው። በፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ አተያይ “እያንዳንዱ ልጅ ልዩ ተሰጥኦ አለው፤ የእኛ ኃላፊነት ያንን ተሰጥኦ ማየት፣ ማዳበር እና ወደ ችሎታ መቀየር ነው።” ውድ ወላጆች፣ ልጃችሁን ወደ ፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ  ስትልኩ መጽሐፍ ብቻ አትላኩ፤ ሕልሙን፣ ተሰጥኦውን፣ ጥያቄውን፣ ፈጠራውን እና የወደፊት ራዕዩን አብራችሁ ላኩ። እኛ በፕራይም ብሪጅ አካዳሚ የምንሠራው ልጆችን ለፈተና ብቻ ሳይሆን፣ ለሕይወት፣ ለሥራ፣ ለፈጠራ፣ ለኃላፊነት እና ለወደፊት ዓለም ማዘጋጀት ነው። Prime Bridge Academy “Every Student Has a Different Talent.” “ሁሉም ተማሪ የተለየ ተሰጥኦ አለው።”
