I always figured there was a "Jewish Lightning" aspect to some of the armed store robberies/lootings. Like something was suspicious about them & the owners of jewelry stores & clothing boutiques were in on it in some way: collecting from insurance, getting rid of old & overpriced inventory that wasn't selling, drumming up public sympathy, etc. Now, we can add "Curry Robnado" to the list of synonyms for these types of fraud. Turns out, if you're a victim of a violent crime, you get a "U Visa" for 4+ years. So what do foreigners who want a visa do?
