Meaning: “Rather, the religion of Islam is not valid except by disavowing these [ṭawāghīt] and declaring them to be disbelievers, as Allah said: ‘Whoever disbelieves in ṭāghūt and believes in Allah has grasped the firmest handhold.’” Source: al-Rasā’il al-Shakhṣiyyah, printed within Mu’allafāt al-Shaykh Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb, vol. 6, p. 188; Shamela has it under “his 28th letter to the people of Riyadh and Manfuḥah.” Meaning: “Īmān is not valid except by disbelieving in it [ṭāghūt] and abandoning judgement by it; so whoever does not disbelieve in ṭāghūt has not believed in Allah.” Source: Taysīr al-ʿAzīz al-Ḥamīd fī Sharḥ Kitāb al-Tawḥīd, under the chapter on the verse: “They wish to refer judgement to ṭāghūt…” He also says in the same passage: وفي الآية دليل على أن ترك التحاكم إلى الطاغوت… من الفرائض، وأن التحاكم إليه غير مؤمن بل ولا مسلم. Meaning: “In the verse is evidence that abandoning judgement by ṭāghūt is among the obligations, and that the one who judges by it is not a believer — rather, not even a Muslim.” #Madkhalis on check?
If criminality is enough to erase someone's claim to being Australian, then why is Ned Kelly still celebrated as an Australian icon? Either citizenship survives criminal conduct, or it doesn't. If we're going to strip Australians of their identity because of their crimes, consistency would suggest we start with Australia's most famous outlaw. Uncomfortable questions often reveal uncomfortable inconsistencies. Side note: is Ned wearing an Aussie version of the Burqa? #isisbrides #Australia
With racist bigots and potato patriots using the return of women and children as a way to climb the social media ladder, here's a spanner in the works. Australia was built by foreign convicts shipped across the world under British colonial rule. Today, many argue that Australian-born "ISIS brides" should never be allowed back into the country they were born in—not the country they sailed to. So here's the uncomfortable question: If transported criminals from another land became part of Australia's foundation, how can Australian citizens by birth have less claim to this country than they did? This isn't about endorsing anyone's actions. It's about consistency. It's about citizenship, identity, justice, and fairness. And whether belonging to a nation becomes conditional when politics enters the conversation. Uncomfortable debates are often the most important ones. What do you think, who has more right.....

Dual Israeli-Australian citizens who served in the IDF have now returned to Australia for a “break” while Gaza remains in ruins and Palestinians continue to suffer under bombardment, displacement, and occupation. The question Australians should be asking is simple: Should individuals who voluntarily served in a foreign military accused by major international bodies and human rights organisations of war crimes be welcomed back without scrutiny? Citizenship should not mean immunity from accountability. If Australians travelled overseas to fight for almost any other foreign armed group, there would be investigations, media outrage, and political pressure. Why the double standard here?
Depending on who you are, 'CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY' will either get you umbrella treatment or Jail treatment........ Isaac Herzog, has been publicly accused by some legal groups, human rights advocates, and UN-linked investigators of involvement in, or incitement related to, alleged war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide connected to the Gaza war. But of course, the 'LAW' is only ever applied against the weak, and who better to apply it to than women who have spent years in a prison camp, and of course the bonus is that they are Muslim! #doublestandards again......
I asked the esteemed Shaykh Dr. Khaled al-Hayak about those who claim that aiding the disbelievers against the believers for worldly reasons is not kufr, and that kufr only occurs when such aid is given out of hatred for Islam. They also claim that there is a distinction between *muwālāt* and *tawallī*. “Rather, it is clear and manifest disbelief (kufr). And this distinction was put forward by the Jahmī Murji’ah — may the curses of Allah be upon them! According to their distinction, the one who commits such an act only becomes a disbeliever if he does it out of belief or conviction. But this does not even enter into the essence of the issue, because whoever does that while believing it to be permissible — there is no disagreement regarding his disbelief. And the refutation against them is the story of Hatib ibn Abī Balta‘ah.” -Abu Ousayd, 21 Dhuʻl-Qiʻdah 1447 AH

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy. This lecture series explores the methodology of the Saved Sect — those who adhere firmly to the truth upon the understanding of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, his Companions, and the righteous early generations (Salaf). In a time of confusion, اختلاف (division), and widespread deviation, it is essential for every Muslim to understand: What defines the Saved Sect The importance of Tawḥīd and avoiding shirk The role of the Sunnah in preserving the religion The منهج (methodology) of the Salaf in belief, worship, and conduct How to remain firm upon الحق (truth) in the face of trials The Prophet ﷺ said: "My Ummah will split into seventy-three sects, all of them in the Fire except one." When asked who they are, he replied: "Those who are upon what I and my Companions are upon today." This series is a call back to clarity, unity upon truth, and adherence to the straight path — بعيداً عن الأهواء (away from desires) and innovations. 📌 Subscribe for weekly lectures 📌 Share to benefit others 📌 Stay connected to authentic knowledge Follow for more content focused on: Tawḥīd | Sunnah | Manhaj | Refutations | Islamic Creed
