In 2014, the Free Burma Rangers were invited to Sudan to bring help, hope, and love to people displaced by civil war. This year, our team returned. Sudan is now facing what is being called the world’s largest recorded humanitarian crisis, where millions endure violent attacks, extreme hunger, and a severe lack of medical care. The stories we heard and the realities we witnessed firsthand were profound, and we are deeply grateful to stand alongside the Sudanese people. “Thank God no one was hurt…” On June 21st, while our team was holding a Good Life Club program in a neighboring village, drone bombs struck a family’s home and the local school just a mile from Burma Army positions. We give thanks to God that the villagers were able to flee to safety in time and no lives were lost. Thank you for your continued prayers, love, and support for the people of Burma. Please keep praying for protection, peace, and justice.
Across Burma, the Burma Army continues to launch devastating airstrikes against monasteries and IDP camps. After hearing jets overhead on June 25, Dave and the Ranger teams traveled directly to the site to provide aid. Upon arrival, they found monks, displaced families, and even a local deer suffering from the aftermath of the attack. Thank you for praying for and supporting the people of Burma, and for refusing to let their plight be forgotten. We continue to pray for freedom and peace in Jesus’ name.
This year, FBR sent a team to investigate a Scam Center that was liberated by the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA). Cyber scam centers, run by established Chinese crime rings and manned by victims of human trafficking, are popping up all along the Burma-Thai border. According to a recent report by the U.S. State Department, American citizens lost $10 billion to these cyber scamming operations in 2024, a 66% increase from the year before. On Nov. 21 in the small Karen village of Min Let Pan, south of Myawaddy, one of these scam hubs, named Shunda Park, was discovered and liberated by the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA), the armed wing of the Karen National Union (KNU). Dear praying friends, Thank you so much for your love, prayers, and help. A few weeks ago, we shared the story of these two young girls, who were orphaned after the Burma army killed their father and their mother tragically died of malaria. With nowhere left to go, a kind villager took them in. Nine-year-old Naw Eh mu Thaw and her six-year-old sister, Naw Ler Pwe Paw, fled to Pah Lo Poe village in Papun, Karen State, Burma, where they are being cared for by one of the few families who dared to remain. We provided them with as much financial and prayerful support as we could, along with a promise to keep supporting them. Tragically, on July 2, 2026, Burma military jets bombed the very home where we met them. While the girls heard the jets and were able to flee in time, the home has been completely destroyed. The sisters are now forced to hide in the jungle with no safe place to go. Our teams are on the ground helping them as best they can.
Thank you so much for praying for them, and for us as we do our best to help. Below is a video and photos of these two young girls alongside our daughter, Suzanne.

Happy 4th of July! Today, we gathered as friends and family to celebrate the freedom we have in America and pray for the freedom every nation should have. Our day was filled with sports, kids' games, horse painting, the national anthem, dinner, line dancing, and a fireworks finale. Thank you for your continued prayer and support as we stand for freedom in Burma, the Middle East, Ukraine, Sudan, and all nations of the world. Let freedom ring!
A big thank you from the Eubank family, who have just returned from a long series of missions in Burma. As they prepare to head to Ukraine next month, please continue to pray for everyone living in war zones. May they find comfort, peace, and protection in Jesus' name.
What's Happening in Burma Part 4: The Coup Dave Eubank explains how the 2021 Burma military coup changed everything.
After losing their father to the Burma Army two years ago, these two Karen girls tragically lost their mother to malaria last month. Thank you for praying for them and helping them.
A message from Dave and Karen Eubank as they serve displaced people in Burma. Thank you for your prayer and support!
Follow another amazing Good Life Club program in this video created by one of our volunteer videographers. We are so thankful for all the work our Rangers put into bringing joy and Jesus to these children!
