Agenda: Discussion of the school fees for the upcoming academic year. In addition, the school will organize an Old Books Exchange Program. Parents are encouraged to bring books that their children no longer need and exchange them for books required for the next grade level.This program will be held immediately after the meeting. Notice: Two-Day Extension for Late Registration (Academic Year 2026/2027) Dear Parents and Guardians, Following our previous communications on June 16 and June 23 regarding registration for the upcoming academic year, the majority of our families have successfully registered their children. By doing so, they have secured their children's seats and avoided potential placement issues. The school management deeply appreciates your prompt action and cooperation. However, a small number of parents have not yet completed registration, nor have they communicated any challenges or financial difficulties that may be causing the delay. To support our community, the school management has held an internal review and decided to grant a final two-day "Late Registration" extension under the following specific options: 1. Full Registration. Families are advised to make full payment within these two days to officially secure their child's seat for the upcoming year. 2. Financial or Personal Difficulties If your family is experiencing financial or personal constraints, you must submit a formal application letter to the School Finance Office no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026, along with a minimum payment of 50% of the registration fee as which will be enough to secure seats for your kid. In case the family change their mind and want to leave the school this payment will not be refundable. 3. School Transfer / Withdrawal If you intend to withdraw your child from the school, you must submit an official application letter to the Head of Education within these two days. The school will then issue the student's leaving certificate by Friday, July 3, 2026. Important Notice: If a family fails to utilize one of these three options within the extension window up to Tuesday, the school will be forced to consider the seat vacant. These remaining openings will be offered to new applicants via our scheduled entrance examinations. The school will not be held responsible for the subsequent loss of a student's seat. We strongly urge all remaining parents and guardians to complete this process immediately, as the school is experiencing high demand and will begin allocating all unreserved seats to new applicants across all grade levels immediately after the deadline. Please be advised that the school will assume zero responsibility for students who lose their placement due to a failure to register on time. Parents are requested to visit the school to review their children's results during the following designated times: Wednesday, June 24: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday, June 25: 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students are required to attend school on Tuesday, June 30, to collect their final report cards. This day will also serve as a year-end celebration. Students are permitted to wear casual attire instead of their school uniforms. Updates on Registration of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. Dear Parents and Guardians, We hope this message finds you well. As we prepare for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year, we are writing to share important updates regarding the registration process and monthly school fees. Due to a combination of internal and external factors, our regular registration period is commencing slightly later than usual this year. Understanding the impact of this delay and wanting to ensure an efficient preparation period for the new school year, the School Management has decided to implement a 0% increase on registration fees for all our regular students. Based on this decision, we will officially open registration for regular students from June 16 through June 26, 2026. To secure your child’s place for the upcoming academic year and assist us in ensuring a seamless administrative process, we kindly request that you complete enrollment within this specified timeframe. Please note that you can fully register your child with absolutely no initial fee increment. At the end the free places will be allotted for new students of Interlakes. Regarding monthly tuition fees, the School Management is currently engaged in detailed, collaborative discussions with the PTA to carefully review the fee structure for the upcoming academic year. To ensure the school’s continued operational excellence, a proposed fee adjustment of 45% is under careful consideration. As soon as these joint consultations are finalized, we will convene a general parents’ assembly in partnership with the PTA to present the final details and update all families on the confirmed tuition rates for the next school year.
