NEW BOOK — The Culture of the Teutons: The Restored Edition A view of pagan Germanic culture from the inside—Grønbech’s masterwork places us into the mind and world of the ancient Men of the North. https://imperiumpress.org/shop/the-culture-of-the-teutons-the-restored-edition/ Vilhelm Grønbech’s The Culture of the Teutons is a landmark reconstruction of pagan Germanic life. The Germanic worldview could hardly be more different from that of the post-Enlightenment West. In this world, the kin, rather than the autonomous individual, is the fundamental human unit. This world must be understood on its own terms, rather than through our familiar categories of individual conscience, abstract justice, personal honour, or religious belief. Grønbech insisted that we start from scratch, understanding Germanic culture from the inside. The Imperium Press Restored Edition presents the first English translation of the original four-volume Danish edition, with Grønbech’s full text, original structure, and scholarly notes. This new translation preserves terms like Frith, Aera, and Hamingja rather than rendering them into English peace, honor, and luck, which do not always translate. Just as Grønbech recovered a lost worldview from the original sources, this edition recovers these concepts for the reader using the original language. The Culture of the Teutons is a book that serious students of Germanic life cannot ignore. Those students will find a rich, alien, and compelling world inside Grønbech’s masterwork. https://imperiumpress.org/shop/the-culture-of-the-teutons-the-restored-edition/
Spouting absurdities and correlating those absurdities to our work is just laughable at this point. A true sign of a lack of understanding. There is not once that I have ever espoused the idea that the wolves of Valhall represent Heimdallr, as was stated on a podcast recently. Everything we do is based on evidence and research. So if you see people with an obvious agenda attribute nonsense to us, just ask. We are happy to discuss or debate with anyone at any time on these matters.

Revivalism 120 Solar Eclipse & Pagan Revivalism: The earliest evidence we have for Paganism was found in an ice-age cave in modern-day Germany dated 40,000 years ago. Meanwhile, christianization in Europe (depending on the nation in question) ranges between 1,724 (Armenia) to 637 years ago (Lithuania). In other words, for a thousand or so years, give or take, our folk have been under the shadow of the axial-age via judeo-christianity. But just like the Eclipse, this shadow won't last. christianity has been in terminal decline for decades, only growing in sub-saharan africa. As judeo-christianity subsides, our revival is growing at an ever increasing rate. It'll take time, probably past some of our lifetimes, but the trends show that Pagan Revivalism is inevitable, and our light will return to this world once more! Gods guide us unto glory and victory!
Victory of light over darkness, a blessed sign indeed of our revival!
At 5:48pm GMT Spain, Iceland & Greenland will experience a grand solar eclipse
“So you think there’s a bunch of storm Gods” Let’s pretend that isn’t a disingenuous way to describe the Gods, sure why not? Is there a monopoly on elements that can be used? Let’s get deeper “Storm God” is a brutal simplification of a divine character. Thor in the eddas has very few elements connecting him with storms besides his name. Also, will you say the myths of Zeus and Thor are the same? No? So how are they the same Gods? Etymology? But Tyr means God but Tyr and Zeus share etymology so are they the same? War Gods? Almost ALL Gods engage in war. Reducing Gods to job titles is SILLY. That’s like saying everyone who works at the post office is literally the same person with no defining personalities. So yeah I don’t think the African “Thunder God” is the same as the Germanic “Thunder God.”
An interesting points about the Trojan War is that the Olympian Gods themselves were divided in the conflict. Some supported the Trojans, others the Mycenaean Greeks. This particular conflict head divine forces acting on both sides, until one came out on top. Actual Polytheism, multiple independent Gods, explains such conflicts quite succinctly; other approaches, like a monad hive-mind entity, not so much. It also reveals that we move & act with the divines. When we go to war, Gods are with us, unless we go against their commands. So where ever we go, and in whatever we do, Gods guide us and are beside us.
Folkish Fundamentals The folkish project in ancestral ethno-religious revivals has exploded in popularity. The fundamentals were it's greatest strength. Those being, among others: • Actual Ancestral Faith - We follow source-based ancestral faith to connect to our true roots to grow again. Our past is an essential part of who we are. • Polytheism - As our Ancestors, we unapologetically believe in multiple divinities at the highest levels. There is no "one" we have many Gods. • Pluralism - Just as there are many Gods, Spirits & folks, so too are there many pantheons. Pluralism shows respect & accounts for differences in divinity/experience across different faiths. We don't say "your Gods are secretly my Gods." • Spiritual Sovereignty - We reject foreign influence/dominion within our revivals. Something foreign has no place dictating our ways, from our Gods. • Anti-Axiality - Axiality undermined traditions 37,000 years old. Incorporating that into our revivals will destroy us from within, as it did before.

There is no great hero without a great adversary. A momentous achievement can only be so atop a mountain of failed attempts. When you encounter such in your time, know they're not unreachable, not untouchable, not invincible. This is a time for heroes and heroines, great and small. You, of all your forebearers, were chosen to be here in the midst of modernity; because you alone have the strength to overcome the greatest evils our people have ever faced. Likewise, you were chosen to lead the charge in our great revival, to usher the spring from a long winter. It is through you, that Pagan Revivalism is inevitable!
Liberalism has demolished all tradition, and in doing so, it has demolished the structural foundation that allows peoples to remain distinct. But liberalism relies upon an older, supposedly "based" foundation of its own: what we call logos—the idea that tradition and authority must answer to disembodied reason. Logos is the ultimate Trojan Horse; it has smuggled the dissolution of peoplehood into our lives under the colour of universalism. In the Substack, we have begun an article series dismantling this Trojan Horse. In the first two articles, we made the philosophical case against logos. In this third article, we appeal to our embodied tradition itself. We show that all the greatest minds agree with the alternative—folkishness—whether they realize it or not. The deepest revolt against the modern world has come from within modernity itself: our best philosophy and science agree with us. None of the Axial apologists engaging with folkishness has engaged with our best philosophy, for if they had, they would know that they disagree with the substance of the best thinkers of our time, who have only formalized the wisdom of the greatest men of archaic times. ✍️ NEW SUBSTACK: https://imperiumpress.substack.com/p/the-poverty-of-logos

Why I am a Revivalist, reason number 761: Though it is true to say that nothing can truey replace handmade craftsmanship, & it should absolutely be encouraged & valued; we should also utilize the tools & technologies today to expand our reach & influence. Case in point, a CNC machine is able to carve a block of marble into a gorgeous statue depicting the Goddess Tyche in just 15 days. Some may say this is not art because the tool creating it is mechanical, therefore it's "cheapened." But all artists have utilized the tools of their time. Modern musicians will use electric instruments, speaker systems & audio software in studio. Artists from the renaissance used the camera lucida to trace real life onto a canvas. None of these created "cheapness." In lieu of our folk having such skills, while Revival is young, we should absolutely utilize the tools available to us. The ancestors advanced technology themselves, ergo it stands to reason that they would utilize such technologies to the Glory of the Gods too.
