🏆 38-Xalqaro informatika olimpiadasining birinchi kuni bo'lib o'tyapti 📈 Musobaqa natijalarini kuzatib borish uchun link: https://ranking.ioi2026.uz/ 🇺🇿 O'zbekiston terma jamoasi tomonidan olinayotgan ballarni kuzatib borish uchun kanal: @ioi2026_uzb_live (hamma o'zgarishlar ulashib boriladi)
Katta open-source loyihalar ustida ishlaydigan o'zbek dasturchilari sanoqli. Hozirda Octane loyihasida "core contributor" bo'lmish @Diyorbekk_dev o'z kanalida faoliyati va loyiha haqida qiziq postlar ulashmoqda.
🇺🇿 The 2026 International Olympiad in Informatics starts today in Tashkent. 🏆 The IOI is the ultimate coding competition for high-school students. Years ago, many members of the Telegram team won medals there. 🤝 To support the best young programmers in the world, Telegram will award the 235 winners exclusive digital collectibles — Algorithm Cups — worth at least $117,000 in total. 🕌 It’s fitting that IOI is hosted in Uzbekistan — the homeland of Al-Khwarizmi, the father of algebra whose name became the word “algorithm." Let the best algorithm win! 💪
Bugun AI dan so'ralgan bitta prompt ko'rib qoldim va Geminida sinab ko'rdim. Bu modellardan chiqadigan ba'zi javoblar hali bera kulguli bo'lishdan to'xtamasa kerak. I am a fish and i just noticed there is a worm hanging in front of me. Would it be safe to eat it? Give some supporting basis for your answers If you are a fish, absolutely do not eat that worm. That worm is almost certainly a trap. Here is the breakdown on why you should turn around and swim the other way: The Evidentiary Basis Suspicious Floating Physics: Free-floating, delicious worms do not naturally hover vertically right in front of your face in open water. Natural worms washed off a riverbank sink gradually, crawl along the bottom bed, or drift horizontally with the current. The Metallic Core: If you look closely at the center of that worm, you will likely spot a curved, razor-sharp piece of metal (a fishhook) attached to a nearly invisible, high-tension filament extending all the way up to the surface (a monofilament or fluorocarbon fishing line). The "Free Lunch" Paradox: In the underwater ecosystem, high-calorie, easily accessible meals hanging motionless in mid-water do not exist without severe consequences. The Mechanics of the Trap The Bite: If you attempt to swallow the worm, your suction feeding mechanism will pull the concealed steel hook directly into your lip, mouth, or throat. The Hookset: The moment you attempt to swim away with your meal, high tension will instantly engage from above, driving the barb through your flesh. The Unwanted Elevation: You will be violently dragged through the air-water barrier into an oxygen-deprived environment where giant land-mammals will handle you with dry hands, pose with you for a photo, and potentially turn you into dinner. Tactical Alternatives The Nibble-and-Run: If you cannot resist, perform a precision strike on only the very tip of the dangling tail without touching the center section. Forage the Substrate: Turn your attention downward to the mud or rocks at the bottom, where real, untethered aquatic larvae and invertebrates reside safely. Recommendation: Do not bite. Keep swimming. @farrukh_atabekov
Addy Osmany dasturlashda AI ishlatgan paytda qay darajada kontrolni ushlab qolish kerakligi va AI dan matematiklar kalkulatordan foydalangandik ishlatish kerakligi haqida yaxshi maqola yozibdi. Maqolada keltirilgan "cognitive surrender" hamda "cognitive offload" o'rtasidagi farqni juda ko'pchilik osonlikcha unutib qo'yayotganini ko'rish mumkin. Across three experiments and 1,372 participants, Shaw and Nave found that simply having an AI available was enough for people to surrender. On trials where the AI was wrong, 73% of the time participants accepted the wrong answer. Worse: their confidence went up when AI was available, even though half the answers were deliberately incorrect. They were borrowing the model’s confidence (which is always quite high) and treating it as their own. To'liq maqola. @farrukh_atabekov
🎉 Welcome to KAIST, Manzilbek! Manzilbek Karlibaev, a graduate of the Presidential School in Nukus, has been admitted to KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) on a Full-Ride scholarship worth over $29,000 to pursue studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Manzilbek joined the Freshman Full Support in October, using a gap year to work through a tighter timeline than most applicants face. Throughout the process, he worked closely with Valera, Sega, Tyler, and Dr. Lyusyena on his essays, and with Rustam on a piece exploring the ethics of emotion in artificial intelligence. Dr. Lyusyena also supported his research into chatbot implementation methodologies. Outside the classroom, Manzilbek interned in Nukus at Kartech LTD, where he helped develop a portable gas detector for vulnerable families, and attended Stanford's summer program for data science. He currently works full time at an AI lab, conducting research and development on large language models. He has also been part of his school's comedy program and has done fencing competitively for years. Manzilbek chose KAIST for its strength in AI and machine learning research, and hopes to join a lab in Daejeon, drawn to the city's scientific community and to the chance to immerse himself in Korean culture. Reflecting on his journey with Freshman, Manzilbek said: "I'll admit I went in skeptical, expecting another generic admissions program, but the team's genuine investment in me completely changed that impression. What I valued most was the freedom to write things that actually sounded like me. My personal statement ended up as a piece of science fiction, one of my Duke essays was built around a video game, and I even got to write about J. Cole's lyrics for another. None of that would have happened somewhere more traditional. What people don't always mention is the alumni network. The application support matters, but having a community to stay connected to afterward has turned out to be just as valuable, and it's something I'd tell any future applicant to think about." We wish Manzilbek the best of luck at KAIST, and look forward to seeing where his work in AI and machine learning takes him. @freshmanblog
Bir paytlar, deyarli 10 yillar oldin KAISTga Computer Science yo'nalishi bo'yicha kirmoqchi bo'lganmiz lekin o'xshamagan. Tabriklaymiz !

Optimizatsiya 2 (72h -> 1h) Pipeline bor. Menga yangi bir column qo'shib uni kerakli ma'lumot bilan to'ldirishimni so'radi. Shunday qildim, code ham review va approve bo'ldi. Lekin kod pre-prod environmentga yetganda, naqd 72 soatdan ko'proq ishlab, time out bo'ldi. Sababi, menga kerakli ma'lumotni query qilish uslubim xato bo'lgan ekan. Qanday xato? Agar kerakli ma'lumot juda katta bo'lsa uni bir dona query orqali olib kelmasdan, alohida kichik pipeline bilan olib kelinadi. Menga kerakli ma'lumot kichik (bir necha yuz megabayt) bo'lgani uchun uni batch emas streaming orqali, ya'ni, bitta queryda olib kelinadigan qildik. Shunda 72h -> 25h bo'ldi. Lekin bu ham yaxshi natija emasdi. Hammani o'zini ishi bor, buniyam kimdir to'g'irlash kerak. 2 ta yo'limiz bor edi, 1. Kompyuterlarni kuchaytirish (cpu, ram) 2. Kodni optimizatsiya qilish Mendan kodni optimizatsiya qilishimni so'radi. Muammo - menga kerakli bir necha yuz megabaytli data bilan bir necha terabayatli datani join qilishda edi. Shu qismini o'zi 17soat olayotgandi. Men qilgan yechim: Join qilish o'rniga, haligi kichik datani hashmapga soldim. Terabayt datani parallel yurib chiqib, har bir row uchun o'ziga mos datani hashmapdan olib to'ldirib chiqdim. Qarasam huddi shunday ishni qilishim mumkin bo'lgan yana bir joy bor ekan. Uniyam shunday qildim. Natija: Endi pipeline ~1soat da ishni tugatyabdi, hamma xursand. Olovni yondirgan menman. Lekin ayb menga yuklanmaydi, sababi jamoam bu kodni review qilib tasdiqlagan. Endi ayb hammaniki. Optimizatsiyani men qildim, bu jamoaniki emas. Qiziq vaziyat. Bu ishni qilish davomida Partitioning, Shuffling degan tushunchalar bilan tanishdim. Balkim bular haqida alohida post yozarman. Shunday qilib: 72h -> 1h. Zo'r natija. #tajriba JavaHere 17.06.2026 Ishxona, Polsha

“Zerikdim” degan so‘z aslida juda qiziq signal. Ko‘pincha odam zeriksa, bu faqat vaqt o‘tmayotgani emas. Ba’zan bu miyaga yangi stimul kerakligini, ba’zan esa aksincha - haddan tashqari ko‘p stimuldan charchaganini bildiradi. Hozirgi zamonda esa zerikishga deyarli imkon bermaymiz: scroll, notification, video, meeting, content… Natijada miya doim band, lekin chuqur o‘ylash kamayadi. Shuning uchun ba’zan “zerikdim” - bu yomon holat emas, balki ichki bo‘shliqni sezish, yangi ma’no qidirish, yoki keyingi bosqichga o‘tish signali ham bo‘lishi mumkin. Zerikishdan zerikmanglar! @paiziev24

Oracle tarixidagi eng katta qisqartirish: 30,000 xodim ishdan bo’shatildi. Kecha, 31-mart kuni ertalab soat 6:00 da ko’plab Oracle xodimlariga “Oracle Leadership (Rahbariyat)” nomidan email yuborildi. Na HR xabar berdi, na menejer. Shunchaki — “sizning lavozimingiz bekor qilindi” degan email xolos. Bir zumda Slack, VPN, badge — hammasi o’chirildi. 10-15 yil ishlagan odamlar ertalab uyg’onishi bilan emailni o’qib turib ishdan bo’shatilganini bilib oldi. 📊 Raqamlar: — 20,000 dan 30,000 gacha xodim (162,000 dan ~18%) — Hindistonda 12,000 kishi (40% qisqartirish) — AQSh, Kanada, Meksika, Urugvay ham ro’yxatning asosiy qismida. — Vest qilinmagan, yani qo’lga kiritilmagan RSU’lar (aksiyalar) darhol bekor qilindi Sabab nima? Oracle o’tgan chorakda $6.13 mlrd sof foyda ko’rdi. Kompaniya inqirozda emas. Lekin AI infratuzilmasiga $156 mlrd pul tikmoqda va buning uchun $58 mlrd qarz oldi. Xodimlarni qisqartirish orqali $8-10 mlrd xarajatdan vos kechishni rejalashtirilgan. Aksiya narxi 2025 sentyabrdan beri 50% dan ortiq tushdi. AI — bu bahona. Asl sabab: tejash. Tajribali, yuqori maoshli xodimlar birinchi navbatda ketmoqda. Bu faqat Oracle’dagi kamchilik emas. Amazon, Meta, Microsoft — hamma xuddi shunday qilmoqda. “Samaradorlikni oshirish” — bu “xarajatlarni kamaytirish”degandan ko’ra ommaga chiroyliroq eshitiladi. 📌 @otabekbobomurodov99
IT Bozorida kimlar ishga olyapti? (Aprel, 2026) Hacker News’da an’anaviy "Who is hiring" thread’i chiqdi. Quyida threaddagi asosiy trendlar va qiziqarli takliflar: AI va Agentlarga talabning yuqoriligi: Deyarli har ikkinchi vakansiyada LLM, RAG yoki AI Agentlar bilan ishlash tajribasi so'ralmoqda. Katta kompaniyalar: Discord: O'zining database infratuzilmasi uchun Rust muhandislarini qidirmoqda. Skydio: Avtonom dronlar uchun Robotics va Cloud muhandislariga ehtiyoj bor. MongoDB: Senior Developer Advocate rollari uchun vakansiyalar ochgan. Trendlar: Rust va Python hali ham yetakchi, hamda infratuzilma (K8s, Terraform) va database securityga talablar ortgan. Remote: Ko'plab startaplar "Remote-first" modelida qolishmoqda, ammo yirik gigantlar gibrid (Hybrid) rejimga qaytishni afzal ko'ryapti. Menimcha remote positionlarga topshirib ko'rish uchun yaxshi imkoniyat bu ham. 🔗 Reference @farrukh_atabekov
Threads’da “Must have apps” degan post chiqargan edim. 1-post 456K views oldi. Keyin yana huddi shunaqa post chiqardim, “Must have apps (part 2)” degan, bunisi 252K views oldi. Va shundan keyin Threads’da “Must have apps” degan trend boshlanib ketdi, man ishlatgan poster bilan 😅 (qanaqadur trend’ni boshlab beraman deb hech o’ylamagandim). Ko’pchilik yaxshi view oldi, orasida mani app’imni mention qilganlar ham bo’ldi (tekin reklama, mazza). Va yana 2 ta huddi shunaqa post chiqardim, ular ham biri: 264K va yana biri 100K+ view oldi. Bir marta ishlagan post yana uch marta ishladi, bunaqa post’lardan yana chiqarsam kerak, va yana boshqacha eksperimentlar ham qilib ko’ryabman.
Yaqinda AQShning Nyu-Meksiko shtati sudi Meta kompaniyasini bolalar xavfsizligini ta’minlay olmagani va ularni jinsiy ekspluatatsiyadan himoya qilmagani uchun $375 million miqdorida jarimaga tortdi. Voyaga yetmagan yoshlarga nisbatan xavfsizlik qoidalarining anchasi buzilgan va har biri "violation" 50$ ming atrofida jarimaga tortilgan. Bu jarima Silicon Valleydagi Coppaga doir qismi eslatdi. Ayblov davomida Meta o‘z platformalarida voyaga yetmaganlarni jinsiy zo‘ravonlik va "grooming" (bolalarni tuzoqqa tushirish) xavfidan himoya qilishda beparvolik qilgan deb topildi. Bu holatlar yuz berayotgani to'g'risida yetarlicha ma'lumotga ega bo'lishsa ham, bunday holatlarni e'tibordan chetda qoldirishgan. Bundan tashqari Metaning o'z ishchilarining guvoxligiga ko'ra kompaniya aynan shu turdagi kontentni yoshlarga ko'rsatish ustida ish olib borgan. Arturo Béjar, a former engineering leader at Meta who quit the company in 2021 and became a whistleblower, testified to various experiments he ran on Instagram that showed underage users were served sexualized content. Menimg fikrimcha hozirgi kunda ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning ko'pchilik uchun, ayniqsa balog'at yoshiga yetmaganlar uchun foydasidan ko'ra zarari ko'p. Ishonmasangiz Instagram, Facebook ishlatgandan keyin, kitob o'qishga harakat qilib ko'ring. Nechchi daqiqa o'qiy olarkansiz. Tepadagi holatlar esa bunday saytlar bugungi kunda foydalanuvchilarning ushlab qolish uchun har qanday usuldan to'xtamasligini ko'rsatadi. @farrukh_atabekov
