Notice To G11 and 12 students involved i. Summer class It has been witnessed lately that some students are coming with no or incomplete uniform. This is, therefore, to warn you against such practice. That is, you need to make sure you have your complete uniform before coming to school. Failure to adhere to the uniform rule will result in expulsion from the school compound effective the coming Monday. Regards,

ስኩል ኦፍ ኢንዲያና ሐምሌ 22 ቀን 2026 መልዕክት ለ2ኛ ደረጃ ተማሪ ወላጆች ጉዳዩ፦ አዲሱ ዩኒፎርም የሚደርስበትን ቀን ስለማሳወቅ በ2019 ዓ.ም  የ2ኛ ደረጃ ተማሪዎች ነባሩ ዩኒፎርም በአዲስ እንደሚቀየር ማሳወቃችን ይታወሳል፡፡ ከዩኒፎርም አቅራቢው ድርጅት ለመረዳት እንደቻልነው ዩኒፎርሙን በተሟላ ሁኔታ ለማቅረብ የተወሰኑ ቀናት ያስፈልጉታል፡፡ በዚህም መሠረት ወላጆች ከነሐሴ 10 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ዩኒፎርሙን መረከብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡ በመሆኑም ይህን በተመለከተ ተጨማሪ ወይም ተለዋጭ መረጃ ካለ ትምህርት ቤቱ የሚያሳውቃችሁ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡      ከሠላምታ ጋር

Notice To: Grade 12 students assigned to AASTU for the online exam Subject: Orientation Session Your orientation session will be conducted tomorrow (Saturday July 11, 2026) at 12፡00 a.m (ረፋድ 6፡00 ሰዓት) at your examination center namely Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU).  Therefore, this is to inform you that you should all be at the school compound at 11፡00 a.m (ረፋድ 5፡00 ሰዓት) so that we get there on time. Notice To All Top-30 Grade 11 and 12 students This to remind you once again that it is a MUST for you to attend the summer program all the way through the end to be eligible to get registered for the regular program. The program is set to start on Monday at 8:00 a.m in the morning at Alem Birhan Primary School which is located few meters away from the school. Hence, all concerned need to get registered, make the payment and make the best use of the program. We are open today and tomorrow for the registration process. We are going to have serious attendance policy right from the onset, Monday. N.B • Please make sure to come with your educational materials and in complete uniform. • The program will run for half day and Monday through Friday. • In case you don’t know the direction of Alem Birhan Primary School, you may come to the school and we will take you. It is just a walking distance from where we are. • You will be issued report card at the end of the program, which you need to present for the registration of the regular program. • Those students who fail to attend the program in its entirety will run the risk of not getting registered. ቀን 01/11/2018 ጉዳዪ : ክፍያ እንድታጠናቅቁ ስለማሳሰብ   የማክበር ሰላምታችንን እያቀረብን ከዚህ በፊት በተደጋጋሚ ባሳወቅነው መሠረት በርካታ ወላጆች የላጠናቀቁትን ማንኛውንም ክፍያ በማጠናቀቅ የልጆቻቸውን ሪፖርት ካርድ ወስደዋል፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ ጥቂት ወላጆች ክፍያ ባለማጠናቀቃቸው ምክንያት ሪፖርት ካርድ መውሰድ ካለመቻላቸውም ባሻገር ለቀጣይ ዓመት ላጆቻቸውን ለማስመዝገብ የሚቸገሩ ይሆናል፡፡ በመሆኑም የ2019 ምዝገባ ከመጀመሩ በፊት ክፍያ ያጠናቀቃቹህበትን ማስረጃ እስከ ሐምሌ 3 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ ሒሳብ ክፍል በማቅረብ እና ክሊራንስ በመውሰድ የልጆቻችሁን ሪፖርት ካርድ በመውሰድ ለቀጣዩ ዓመት ምዝገባ ራሳችሁን አዘጋጅታችሁ እንድትጠብቁ እያሳሰብን ይህንን ማድረግ ባትችሉ ለሚፈጠረው ችግር ኃላፊነቱን የምትወስዱ መሆኑን እናሳስባለን፡፡ ት/ቤቱ
