ተገድዳ ወይስ "ተስማምታ"? - በጋምቤላ የ13 ዓመት ልጅ ላይ ለተፈጸመው ጥቃት የተሰጠው ፍርድ በጋምቤላ ክልል ቀጥሮ ሲያሠራት በነበረች የ13 ዓመት ልጅ ላይ "የግብረ ሥጋ ድፍረት በደል" የፈጸመ ግለሰብ የሦስት ዓመት ከ11 ወር እስር ተፈረደበት። ተበዳይ፤ "እንደተደፈረች" ለፖሊስ እና ለፍርድ ቤት የገለጸች ሲሆን፣ ዐቃቤ ሕግ በበኩሉ መረጃዎች የሚያመለክቱት "ዕድሜዋ ካልደረሰ ልጅ ጋር"፤ "በፍላጎት" ግንኙነት እንደተፈጸመ መሆኑን ተናግሯል። በጋምቤላ ክልል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ሲታይ የነበረው ይህ የክስ መዝገብ ውሳኔ የተሰጠበት ባለፈው ሳምንት ማክሰኞ ሐምሌ 8/2017 ዓ.ም. ነው። የ13 ዓመቷ ተበዳይ ወደ ፖሊስ ጣቢያ በሄደችበት ወቅት ሁለት ጊዜ "አስገድዶ መድፈር" እንደተፈጸመባት እንደገለጸች የጋምቤላ ክልል ፖሊስ የሴቶች እና ሕፃናት ጥቃት ምርመራ ኦፊሰር የሆኑት ምክትል ሳጅን ሳሙኤል አስፋው ለቢቢሲ ተናግረዋል። ፍርድ ቤት ቀርባ ምስክርነቷን ስትሰጥም ይህንኑ እንደተናገረች ቢቢሲ ያነጋገራቸው ሁለት የጋምቤላ ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት ዳኞች አስረድተዋል። https://www.bbc.com/amharic/articles/c3w4g2p7114o
