ቃጭሉን የሚያስረው ማነው? ድመቷ አይጦችን እያደነች ቁም ስቅላቸውን ስታሳይ፣ አይጦች ተሰብስበው ይህንን ችግር ለመቅረፍ መከሩ። አንዷ አይጥም "ድመቷ ስትመጣ እንድንሰማ አንገቷ ላይ ቃጭል እንሰርላት!" የሚል ምርጥ ሃሳብ አቀረበች። ሁሉም አይጦች በደስታ ጨፈሩ፤ ሃሳቡንም ደገፉት። ነገር ግን... በመጨረሻ አንዲት አሮጊት አይጥ ተነስታ "ሃሳቡ ግሩም ነው፤ ሆኖም ቃጭሉን ሄዶ ድመቷ አንገት ላይ ማን ያስራል?" ስትል ስብሰባው በዝምታ ተዋጠ። ትልቅና የሚያምር እቅድ ማውጣት ብቻውን በቂ አይደለም፤ ዋናው ቁምነገር እቅዱን ወደ ተግባር መለወጥ ነው። ብዙ ጊዜ ለውጥ የሚመጣው ዝም ብሎ በማውራት ሳይሆን፣ አስፈሪውንና ከባዱን የመጀመሪያ እርምጃ ደፍሮ የሚጀምር ሰው ማግኘት ነው። .... በየማህበራችን፣ በየስራ ቦታችን አልፎ ተርፎም በሃገራችን... ሃሳብ የሚያቀርብ ሞልቷል። ግን ቃጭሉን የሚያስረው ማን ነው? ማዕደ ጥበብ - ምንጭ፡ አዲስ አድማስ

After preparing this manuscript I sent it to Dr. Belay Hagos. He appreciated the manuscript and made a contact with Ethiopian Journal of Education to be printed as 'a short communication'. I sent the manuscript to the concerned body however,the journal person in charge said that this is not an original work.It was amazing reply, I assure you that nobody has been written on this issue.
