Al-Barbahari said in "Sharh As-Sunnah": 130. And whoever leaves [salāh] Al-Jumu’ah and [al-jamā’ah] in the masjid without any excuse, he is a mubtadi’. And the (acceptable) excuse is (for example) a disease in which he has no power to go out to the masjid, or a fear from an unjust ruler. And in everything besides this, then he has no excuse. And whoever prays behind the imām, and does not follow him (in his movements), then he has no prayer.
